Finished a 4 night stay recently, I would say that this is a great place to stay.
We could walk into town.
Very friendly and helpful office staff.
Clean and tidy grounds.
Flat grassed area for camping.
Clean and tidy ammenities.
Felt safe and secure.
Very reasonably priced.

Would recommend a stay here to anyone.

From my 1st phone call to inquire about a powered site to my departure after a 4 night stay the staff at the office were very friendly, and the administration of booking to payment was excellent.

The Bathurst show grounds is fantastic to stay when travelling with a caravan and pets. Great set up, great location to town and good facilities. Staff are very happy to help they provide fantastic service. We always stay when Travelling thru. Very affordable fees.
Plus secure , the grounds lock up after 6pm, code provided when checking in.

The cartaker, Kellie was fantastic.
We stayed on a Monday night and it was nice.... until the cement truck and reversing vehicles woke us at some ungodly hour and continued all morning.
We couldn't stay a second night despite having paid for it.
If staff know that there is work at the sites, put people away from it!
Facilities were clean.

Bathurst show grounds was fantastic very nice. Bathrooms old but that’s what you get for Showgrounds but nice. Love watching the trotters go around the track. The managers of the park absolutely amazing. We definitely will be back with our girls.

We had a motorhome stayed 2 nights. Location fantastic walkability great close to town. Amenities clean and tidy laundry also available.

Stayed here in July. Problem with showgrounds is the amenities are usually old and a long walk away. The water is always hot though. Wet underfoot when we were there and no grey water on the ground which was awkward. The buildings were all nicely painted the same colours. A pleasant stay.
If anyone is up for a challenge, it took me 1hr and 9 min to walk around Mt Panorama
