Nice room with a fridge ! There is a microwave in a small kitchen.
The bathrooms are clean, but water is not evacuated so flour is always very wet.
The swimming pool is very cold vs it says that is it heated
The hotel is very close from the harbour, the beach and the supermarkets

I recently stayed at Ulladulla Harbour Motel and had an absolutely great experience. The highlight was the incredible kindness and professionalism of the lovely lady at the reception (sorry for not asking your name). She went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my Service Dog, making our stay truly memorable. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The motel itself is clean and comfortable, adding to the positive experience. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service provided. I would highly recommend Ulladulla Harbour Motel to anyone, especially for the exceptional hospitality. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Facilities in rooms a little dated but very comfortable. Room needed a kitchen sink/facility rather than needing to use the bathroom. Motel very close to town centre which made life easy. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Service is amazing, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculate.

Located within a short walk of everything it was perfect for a few nights stay when we needed a last minute booking.

Rooms have a small fridge and microwave, kettle and beautiful warm showers with amazing water pressure. Parking right at the door.

Lovely little courtyard to sit out in the sun.

If you need a place to stay in Ulladulla, this is a beautiful motel, lovely view at the end of the street.

Place is not what it use to be, 5 stars down to 1!.. We stay here few times a year but no longer, we would rather stay at the holiday parks.

They charge you $150 deposit, and say it takes 3business days to retun when infact it's been almost 8 (2 weeks) and still waiting! Crooks!

The room floors leak colour onto your feet and socks and bottom of white shoes (disgusting), and then on top the views are absolute dreadful, you're looking into the neighbour's backyard and into their windows (that's privacy issue), and once you look beyond that all you see is the big wall of apartments.. No view to look out, i was scared to step foot into the balcony!

Parking could be alot better, the corner car parks are awful, you will get parked in the corners if not careful, the overflow is mostly mud and grass with some gravel so if it's raining, don't leave after 3pm otherwise you'll be parking there!

Would not recommend the stay here any longer, unless you want to pay a premium and stay in room 14, but even then, $300+ for that is not worth it, even for the barely seen 'harbour' view.

Edit: WRONG... This is a real review by a real human, you did not respond to any of the above, because you know this is the truth.. 2 + weeks for a Security deposit to return (10+ business days) is DISGUSTING when you say 3.. that's over triple the time (300%+) so you want my name so you can look at the room and make sure to not return my deposit inwhich the room was left SPOTLESS.

Your rooms leak colours and instead of getting replacements from where you got the floor boards from you make the clients suffer. YOU DO NOT RESPECT YOUR OWN CLIENTS... Disgusting. 1 Star stays.

It’s a lot like camping. No air conditioning (broken), floor is dirty, bugs everywhere, you hear the campers in the tent next door (thin walls). Fixtures are rusty and broken. There is no on-site staff. And they demand your credit card number over the phone (insecure).

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and linen very good but the system of the lighting was extremely disappointing as we were unable to use the bedside lamps independently from the main lights. The shower needs an update, no shelve to put soap etc. on.
