This accommodation is a delightful old motel that has been completely renovated turning it into a modern, fresh and lovely space. Manager Vikki gave us a warm welcome including a bottle of bubbly and chocolates as we were celebrating a significant birthday. She provided lots of information about the local area and was available to answer any of our questions. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable with adequate crockery and cutlery. The motel is a short drive down the road to the beach which would be walkable in cool weather. I would thoroughly recommend this motel for a few days' stay and with Milton and Ulladulla closely there is good shopping and dining not far away.

The motel has been decorated in a modern coastal style and has everything you’d expect in a simple self catering unit. Nice views out the back and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the main road into town. Walkable to town and well positioned to get to the beach quickly. Very welcoming reception and housekeeping team. Wonderful balance of friendly and available whilst giving guests their privacy.

This motel offers central locality, superb bedding, lovely decor on a budget but well put together. I personally cannot sleep with traffic noise and it is located on a very busy main road. I found the staff pleasant and hospitable. I felt a little extra parking at the rear would be advantageous as there are only parks for residents. I have a keen eye for detail and also noticed a 5mm gap around the entire front door to my room which I know will not only cause a big draught in Winter, but contribute to noise and creepy crawlies entering the room. |I felt that the cleaning in the bathroom was not at a reasonable standard. I am not to see mould (quite black) around the edges of the shower and the build-up obviously shows a lack of good, regular suitable attention. The shower window and fly screen had never been cleaned in my particular room and without sounding picky, if I stay away, you expect not to notice these things. |I would probable stay again however these particular points would definitely be something that would make me reconsider. If they were attended to, I would definitely stay again. |Some bright, hardy long flowering Geraniums would look spectacular surrounding the motel and pop off the lovely blue. Stylist touch. |All in all, so much potential and a comfy stay.

Vikki from the Motel was very welcoming and accommodating. |The room was made up and ready early so contacted to offer an early check in. The room was clean and very well presented. The bed and pillows were very soft, I am over 6 months pregnant and haven't slept that well in months.

From the moment of enquiry to when we checked out we felt nothing but welcomed & truly happy. The refurbishment is divine & we savoured every moment in the King Spa suite. We had a beautiful 3 night stay at Motel Mollymook! The rooms were clean and nicely renovated, making for a very comfortable experience. A special thanks to Vikki, the owner, who went above and beyond by recommending some lovely local places to eat. We will definitely be staying here again!

The King Spa Apartment with a balcony was a beautifully renovated space that gave those modern day luxury vibes. Don't be deterred by the external look of this motel. It's a must try for any couple that wants that extra bit of room and privacy.||Vicki's service was above and beyond and she gave us an abundance of recommendations for things to do, places to visit and restaurants to try across Mollymook, Milton and Ulladulla. ||Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs as the free to air channels would often cut out and wouldn’t display a picture and the wifi would cut out for the streaming services so we had to hotspot from our phones. ||We’d definitely give it another go..hopefully the weather treats us better next time.

Spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. Ample towels. Dedicated parking spot right outside the room. Lots of helpful information shared. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, induction hub, good sized fridge, iron & ironing board. Would happily stay again.
