Booked one of the budget rooms which provided us a magnificent view of Casey’s Beach from our balcony. Was fantastic to sit out there and soak in the sun and the sounds of the beach. Room itself was spacious and provided everything we needed. It is a bit old but we were told about that when we booked so no surprises there and again for the price, location and views we loved it. Room was tidy and clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the pool or bbq facilities but they seemed nice. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Amazing place to stay at! Immaculately presented and definitely COVID cleaned, with the only noise to be heard is of the ocean. Pool was beautiful along with the sheltered BBQ are. The apartment was close to all ammenities and a 10second walk to the most beautiful beach. 2 bedroom apartment was plenty big enough for 5 people with lots of little extras for a self contained apartment, tea,coffee, toiletries etc. management were fantastic. Absolute paradise and would highly recommend.

We took some Canadian friends to the area. The room was very clean and the grounds were very well kept. The owners are very friendly and only too happy to help. The hotel is located opposite Caseys Beach, just across the road and is within easy driving distance to shops and attractions. There is lots of attractions and beaches in the area. They have a solar heated swimming pool which is kept very clean and an electric barbeque area with utensils supplied. There is also a coin operated laundry. The cost of the room includes bed linen, towels etc and has a well equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking equipment.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment poolside upstairs. It was quiet (away from the road, overlooking the pool) the room was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The hosts very friendly and across the road from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

This motel was clean and directly opposite the water. The sound of waves crashing on the beach was wonderful to wake up to.
However the front door rattles in the wind and we had to jam a chair in the door to stop the noise. There is a sign on the door asking NOT to invite your friends or family to visit while your staying on holiday that there are other places you can go visit with them. This seemed very negative and made our decision never to return to this place.
We have travelled the world staying in hundreds of motels and this was the first place we have stayed more than one night and not even offered clean towels or a bed made. My wife had to go and ask for towels, there is also no toiletries at all not even a small bar of soap.
The shower door has a sign stating that the hot water system is 60 litre and will reheat after half an hour. My 8 year old daughter had a shower which was long enough for her to wash her hair and the water ran out while my wife was showering. We had to wait for half an hour before finishing our showers making us late for an appointment. My wife didn't even have to turn on the cold water the water was so cool.
We also went to make breakfast the next morning to find all the crockery in the cupboard was wet YUCK !!!!
My wife was snubbed by the owner when saying good morning which seemed very rude. The motel sign says no vacancy but only 4 rooms appeared to have people in them.
The pool and grounds are well maintained and clean and a very nice BBQ area is available. This place is for sale and I got the impression the owners are very tired of the place which is not good for business.

Our room had an ocean view, and was right opposite Casey's Beach. However, it was also right alongside beach Road, and traffic noise was loud, intrusive and constant. Our room was clearly once a motel room that had been converted into a self -contained apartment. They have done a good job but the kitchen was poky. If people sat at one side of the indoor table no-one could get out of the room or open the fridge. The grounds are attractive. There is a very good swimming pool.and an excellent electric barbeque. So choose the position of your room carefully, depending on what sort of stay you want.

Wonderful accommodation that is located perfectly for a family vacation. Rooms with ocean views and the sound of the waves is so soothing every morning and evening. Close to Batemans Bay and many beaches. Sharon and Terry do an amazing job keeping the place running well.

This is a terrific little apartment complex in Batehaven, directly facing Casey’s beach and the bay . It is modestly priced, brilliant location, staff are helpful and friendly . Some of these apartments have been recently refurbished . It is close to all facilities, restaurants, fish and chip shop, IGA grocery just down road, and about a 7-8 minute drive to Bateman’s Bay , where there are shopping malls, shops, restaurants, everything you could possibly need . ||Although it’s been renovated , there are a couple of tiny things that could be improved. A new soap dish in the shower would be good, the present one is a bit rusty . A receptacle for tooth brushes would be good (couple of plain tumblers would be adequate) . Bedside tables at BOTH sides of the bed would be helpful . A major improvement would be a more comfortable lounge , the present one is very uncomfortable, probably past the use-by date . Some crockery was a bit chipped , and some crockery in the cupboard hadn’t been washed properly. These are all very minor things, and would cost very little to fix, making a very good apartment even better . Thanks ! ||
