Lincoln Downs is a breath of fresh air to the area. Every part of the experience was of 5 star quality and service!

From check-in and throughout the stay, we were greeted with a smile. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet with nice views over the private lake.

Thank you so much, team! 😀 I have found the new hotel to visit every time I'm down in Batemans Bay. Do yourself a favour and stay here

This place is an absolute must stay!!!! We had such a good break! The staff are so kind and accomodating, they make you feel like a guest. I left my sunglasses at the resort and they mailed it back to me with no problems- so kind and out of their way!!
- the pool is stunning
- the rooms were clean and spacious
- the food was delicious
- the scenery was spectacular
- staff are amazing
We came with 2 kids and they had the best time!!
Can’t wait to visit again!!!!

Rooms were nice. Food at the restaurant was beautiful. 5 star. Location is Awesome. Peaceful place to wander in.
The Negatives -smokers below us, so their smoke blew into our room. So we had to keep our windows closed on a beautiful night.
Our booking said we would receive a gift. Never received a gift or any mention of one. When asked we received 2 x bottles of water for the trip home. Disappointing considering it was a birthday get away, would have been nice.

Super friendly staff, exceptional food made by a chef who shows passion and care in his craft.

Resort grounds are well maintained and all amenities are clean and presentable.

Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a night, weekend or longer getaway.

Very impressed with Lincoln Downs Resort. The added bonus of the onsite restaurant is so convenient. Beautiful room and amenities. Friendly staff. Highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant. Superb range of food, no need to go anywhere else. Great atmosphere. You feel far enough away from town but it's only a short walk or drive if you need to travel. Will stay again for sure.

The kids loved the pool, and I got a real coffee at the restaurant first thing in the morning. It's10-20 minutes from a range of beaches and shops. Lovely clean and comfy beds, everything looked new. Streaming movies and a gym. Good price and lovely kind staff too. Will definitely advise others to stay here, and return ourselves. Thank you.

Amazing location. However not worth the money that is paid. We paid for a breakfast inclusions, but breakfast was not even refilled. Couldn’t take the first serve also by the time it’s finished. Waste of money. Rooms are very small and carpets are not so clean. Bathroom is smelly. As people don’t have a choice we stay here. Not worth for 4 star. Only location is the best and prime. Nothing else. We requested 10 mins extra time for feeding the baby, it was also rejected by the reception without any regrets. When I said I couldn’t feed the baby as you did not give me 10 mins time they said no worries. No humanity. Next check in was 2.00 pm. Extending till 10.30 wouldn’t harm. After we vacated the room we were outside in the car and feeding baby and we saw the room was not even occupied or even cleaned. Then why can’t we get that 10 mins extra? Huge charges for breakfast. Waste of money for no food. Had only bread available, pastry and fruits get over by 8 am. But they say breakfast is available till 9.30 am. It’s not. All 3 days we did not get everything. Keep your expectations clear when you go thete. Only location is good. Nothing else. The lady at reception is very very good. But the staff is very rude.

This was a beautiful and extravagant resort and really showed the depths of the country side. Rooms were nice but the PowerPoint's were sideways and placed in ridiculous areas. The scenery of the resort felt relaxing and the pool was really nice. Although I was looking forward to the gym until I found out that most of the equipment wouldn't turn on but that is okay because I was here with my family and had a great time!
