To be clear, this is simply a review relating to customer service. I haven't actually used the freight service, though I did call the company to enquire about processes and options.
Andrew, the staff member I spoke with, was outstanding is his professionalism, and willingness to help with my needs.
I was easily able to understand information regarding the general process, and Andrew even provided valuable insight as to different options and alternatives specific to my circumstances.

Having spoken with many (many) other courier services in my arduous battle to have a package shipped, I can say that this was, by far, a most pleasant experience in comparison.

Excellent customer service. This team is highly focused on getting a good result for their customers. Nothing seems to be too hard and their hard working team are incredibly focused on getting a good result. I wouldn't trust my excess baggage with anyone else and they are extremely good value for money.
