A dreadful experience that cost us thousands and although they admitted it was their fault, they were not willing to compensate us in any way. They even had my husband and I sitting rows apart from each other on a long haul flight! Very disappointed.

While Jess was very diligent and helpful, handling my 83 year old mother's itinerary, another staff member booked a too tight connection in New Zealand which left her stranded when the local flight was cancelled.
