My friend and I visited this store today to purchase suits for an upcoming wedding. We’re on opposite ends of the size spectrum and had struggled to find a place that could cater to both of us. Luckily, we found this store, and what a difference it made! The customer service is second to none – a rarity these days. The staff’s advice, troubleshooting, and expertise were exceptional. If I ever need a suit again, I wouldn’t hesitate to travel here again. Amazing! Wish I could give more stars.

I ordered a couple of shirts from Hughes via Afterpay and the staff rang me shortly after to advise that, due to a website error they only had 1 shirt in stock, but this turned out to be an absolute godsend.

After spending a few minutes talking with the extremely knowledgeable staff, they actually recommended a different brand of shirt. They walked me through the Afterpay cancellation process, and I ordered their recommended shirts.

Well they arrived today, and they are PERFECT. They would have to be the best fitting shirts I have ever had.

I really recommend Hughes Menswear either in store or online, and don't hesitate to ask their staff questions, they are extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

Today my wife and I went to the store to purchase a suit. Met Anthony, whom after introductions, asked our requirements, and within a short period of time produced two suits that met our requirements. Agreed on one, and he suggested a shirt and tie to match. Having previously purchased a particular brand of jeans there, took the opportunity to purchase two pair. We were happy with total price and especially the level of service.
Anthony attitude to service makes him an asset to this business.

George and colleagues, couldn’t have been nicer . He knew his stock well and what suited the customer. Firstly listened to our needs . We only went in for a sports jacket and ended up buying new shirts trousers belt all very reasonably priced but not lacking in quality. We definitely will be back 👍as it is hard to buy nice clothes if you have a hubby with a few curves . THANKYOU you again George , your customer service skills are 12/10 . See you again cheers .
