Bossman Barbers is hands down the best barbershop in town! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere and professional staff who genuinely care about their craft. The attention to detail is unmatched – every cut is precise, stylish, and tailored to perfection.

The barbers here are not only skilled but also incredibly personable. They take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, offering expert advice to ensure you leave looking and feeling your best. The shop is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating an overall exceptional experience.

I can’t recommend Bossman Barbers enough! Whether you’re after a classic look or something fresh and trendy, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

Easily one of the best, if not the best barber I've been to. The staff, Abdullah in particular, was very friendly. He catered to all my needs and was very approachable when I was not too fond of something or needed him to adjust my haircut.

Service at it’s best. Expert barbers that take their time with each customer, delivering world class service but without the hefty price tag. The salon is spacious and comfy with plenty of entertainment to make the wait a breeze, especially for anyone tagging along their kids.

A great shop fit out with comfy couches, a pool table and arcade game machine. Wait time is nice and short as there's always generally about a Minimum of three barbers on at one time. The service you get here A+, they really treat you like a Boss !!! This place is definitely the Barber shop to come to, great extra services too and fair prices for a suburban area.

I personally don't think I'll return to that barbershop.

I can honestly say that I've had some truly fantastic haircuts there. In fact, my partner of two years once told me that the second-to-last haircut I got there was the best I've ever had. I had been going somewhat irregularly, probably getting six or more cuts over the last eight months. However, my last visit was such a disappointing experience that I can't trust that I'll leave with a professionally done haircut anymore.

With haircuts, it's hard to judge when you're in the chair, which is why it's important to have trust in your barber's skills. It wasn't until I got home after my last visit that I noticed patches of hair that were completely missed and inconsistent cutting throughout. I had to go to a different barbershop closer to home to fix the haircut. This barber didn't even believe me when I said it was done professionally, thinking it was a DIY job.

For that last haircut, I had a barber that I could only remember having once before. After the first visit, I thought, "Maybe he's just an apprentice; he'll get better with time." So, I wasn't discouraged by that and hoped the next one would be better. To my surprise, on my last visit, he proudly told me he'd been cutting hair for years, making it clear he wasn't an apprentice anymore. He also seemed to have someone working under him that day, as there were only two people in the store, and he was directing the other person like an apprentice. What stood out was that the bragging was the most interaction we had. He wasn't very engaging or friendly, taking every chance to disengage from the haircut to talk to his friend or watch TV. He didn't make conversation or respond much to my questions. Normally, I don't mind this from a barber if the cut is good, as I'm introverted myself. However, that wasn't the case on this day. It's unfortunate because every other barber I've had there was friendly, warm, welcoming, and very professional. I shouldn't have to rub my head later, finding patches of hair that were completely missed. It's also a shame to think that this might be some people's only experience and, consequently, their impression of the place after getting a haircut.

Considering all this, I've decided it's best to stick to the barbershop closer to home (I live 2 hours from Sydney).

This is the review I'd give to a friend if they asked for barbershop recommendations in the area. I'd let them know that most of the barbers are good and reasonably priced, but to avoid this one particular barber.

First time cutting with the boys here and couldn’t be happier. Hair and beard fade done by Abdul best I’ve gotten to date! Professional, friendly and a perfect cut. Cannot recommend them enough.

The team at Bossman Barbers are leagues above any salon I’ve visited. The vibe is unmatched, and the wait times are short. The team genuinely try to befriend you and engage in conversation, there are never any awkward silences, and you always feel involved.
The effort they put into your haircut is leagues beyond what any other barber offers. This extends to every member of the team, I have cut with almost every barber at Bossman across all their stores and the results are always the same, fantastic. The consistency between all the stores honestly blows my mind, it is obvious the managers put in time and dedication to training the team.
They have truly perfected their craft, and I’m thankful I’ve had the opportunity to meet the owner, that was when I truly appreciated the effort he had put into this business. Special thanks to Abdul n Georges Hall, I’ve been cutting with him for the last 4 weeks and I’m never disappointed. This is honestly the type of place you know you will be visiting until you die or go bald.
