My partner and I always loved going to City Lights. We went from 1997 to 2017. We stayed in the wheelchair room and whenever we needed extra towels we got and not always we got the breakfast cause we usually cooked our own in the little kitchenette. The only issue was the wheelchair shower it wasn't big enough once the shower chair was in and my partner had to squeeze in to wash my hair all the time. The sink needs to be moved to another area and the wall needs to be removed but everything else was good. There was a few owners over that time and the cleaners did their jobs well.

No service motel, should not be 3 star. No contact with owner except to get towels, etc from reception. TV whilst smart could not be used. AC sooo noisy. People smoking pot all around. Best feature was the pool. 1/5.

Disgusting, we were given a room with a massive wet patch on the carpet which not only couldn't be avoided when accessing the bathroom but also made the whole room smelly. We complained about this issue and were told that their is a leak and hopefully it will be fixed soon, that room should never have had paying customers in it. The whole room was dirty with sticky spots all over the benches and dirty cups, you can definitely tell that not a lot of effort goes into cleaning the rooms. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but due to the state of our room we decided to leave early. I'm very disappointed that we weren't offered a refund despite the room not being in any shape for guests to be using. I do not recommend staying here even if you get a good deal it's really not worth it

When my nose was absolutely assaulted by incense/oil burners when I entered reception, I should have turned around and left. The crystal display, on the other hand, was rather good. I was given a key and went to my room. Initially, it looked OK, but there were issues.

The bathroom was dirty, and the sink was rusted and looked rather nasty. I travel with all the makings for my morning lattes and just need a microwave. When I opened the microwave, it was dirty and smelled disgusting.

For the price, I would look elsewhere.

The only thing I can fault here,the shower took ages to heat up & the water pressure wasn't good/took longer too!! The tiolettries & hair dryer in the bathroom probably make up for it though. Room spacious & good quality beds. Decent size fridge & thankfully freezer also.

Sharon was amazing, I loved talking with her. She helped us with our cab service from our rental car drop off, to airport. The uber was outrageous and the cab was much cheaper. The bed was comfortable and our room was spotless. It was very quiet and it just felt like home. Did I mention that Sharon has a little farm area, and a beautiful rock collection in her office that's wonderful. If you want a layed back area after a busy day, this is your place. Parking was right at your door and I would highly recommend this motel.
