We can't thank Babalou Weddings and Events enough for making our big day absolutely perfect! From the moment we started planning, everything was simple, stress-free, and so well organized. Their packages offer incredible value, and every little detail was taken care of—some things we wouldn't even have thought of, but they nailed it all. A special shout-out to Molly, Samantha, and Jonesy—what an amazing trio! They were so attentive and truly made our day run smoothly.

The food was top-notch, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The venue itself was stunning—everyone had the best time! And the cherry on top? After a few too many drinks, we were even given our leftover food packaged up for takeaway. That’s next-level service!

If I could do it all over again, I would choose Babalou 1000 times over. We will absolutely be recommending you to all our friends. Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable!

If you are on the fence about whether to go with Babalou or not, definitely take the leap and choose Babalou to host your celebration. Our wedding reception was so easy and professional, no stress involved at all which is just what you want. Great value for money, the staff are all amazing and Isabel was a dream to deal with in the lead up - answering any questions easily and clearly, nothing was too much trouble. Even on the day she was incredible dealing with the vendors and sorting everything out. The room was beautifully presented and the food was amazing! Plenty of it and absolutely delicious, our guests are still telling us how good the food was. Everything had been thought of and went super smoothly on the night. Thank you to the team at Babalou, we had the best night.

We had our wedding at Babalou and honestly it was the most easiest process with such lovely helpful staff. Shout out to the Molly, Sam, Juan and all the other staff on the night that helped make our day so special. We ended up having bad weather so lucky we had a back up inside plan at Babalou and it was the most magical set up. I can’t thank the staff and venue enough for giving us the most perfect day. I highly recommend to anyone else looking to get married here!! 😊

Cannot recommend enough!! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Bablou and our day was an absolute dream! Molly is an absolute angel! Molly handled the planning of our details in the lead up to the day and was the most helpful and calming of all of our suppliers! Every time we had an issue, or question Molly was quick to respond with the most logical and simple solution to everything I threw her way. I have been raving about Molly throughout the whole process, she has been consistently amazing and just made everything come together perfectly for our day.
All Bablou staff were amazing on the day, taking exceptional care of all of our guests and bringing our vision to life in the most incredible way possible.
I viewed over 20 venues before booking Babalou and I have zero regrets with choosing the venue!! Everything was perfect! The best day of my life 🥰

Great venue overlooking Kingscliff Beach. Attended a wedding reception with this as the venue serving canapes. All of which were simply delicious. There were filafels, feta and caramelised onion toasty bits, chorizo and halloumi skewers, southern fried chicken bites, pappadum cups with Indian chicken, duck spring rolls and cheese croquettes to name just a few. There was a doughnut wall and a cupcake table for the sweet tooths and a cheese platter at the end after a plate of beef cheek. Upon arrival, we were given a cone of all sorts of little morsels of deliciousness with raisins and cashews in the bottom.
