I ordered vegan wopper with meal and some more stuff. They are giving me bacon. It’s really disappointing thing. I haven’t even eat meat in my life and you guys did this shit. It’s against my religion 😡

Fing crap. Paid $50 for two bigger meals and chicken tenders and the only thing they got right was the chicken tenders.
You will get ripped off! As we checked the bag to make sure everything was in there, which it was but, they hardly made the burger! Half ass job at it. Well half the items inside the bunk didn't know until l got home and looked inside. Disgusting!

I get they were busy but I waited 15 minutes for a Frozen drink- until I went up and asked if I could just grab it as I want waiting for food and they young girl huffed at me. Was a bit dirty looking and seemed to have a bullet mark in the glass so I'm a bit concerned. Also the Frozen drink was disgusting you can't claim its a Frozen juice when it tastes like sweet thick orange Cordial

It seems like all fast food places these days, tables are devoid of being cleaned/wiped. People come and eventually go, unable to find a table without the reminants of the previous occupier, potentially hours earlier. It literally takes 15 secs to properly clean a table with the right gear.

The Manager on today, Brendan, was outstanding, polite, friendly and proactive, just wanting to go above and beyond. Really good to see someone who takes pride in their work.

Horrible traffic in small drive thru. I just ordered two meals from online 15mins before there and stuck in the drive thru 28mins to get my turn and the meal not ready yet waited for another more 7mins to get my two meals . What a fast food ! I liked hungry jack but Never order again bye bye . All the stuff are look happy and play in the store didn’t worry about the people how long they wait. They Should more respect for the customer time. Wasted almost 40mins for fast food. Second time in this month. Never ever come back .

the service here was absolutely atrocious, we were served by someone named emma, we came to get our shake and wins redeemed and we were given so much attitude and she barely even acknowledged us, after asking if i could redeem another one and apologising a heap she rolled her eyes right at me and made a rude remark under hear breath. this is my local hj however his girl made me feel so uncomfortable that i wont me returning. she acted as though she wasnt getting paid for being there and instead being forced out of her own will
