Even before we arrived, we had been contracted to check out booking was correct. This place was well located. Even though it wasn’t the newest, it was really clean and well kept. The appartments were huge, linen was fresh and the furnished nicely. I saw the workers cleaning and maintaining the pool area several times a day. I couldn’t find the WiFi password and got an almost immediate response. The tv was already connected to WiFi and we could relax in the evenings and easily connect to our own streaming services. I would stay here again.

Comfortable holiday appartment to explore the city of Tweed Heads and its surroundings.
We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 1 kid). We were in unit 41 which is a stylish appartment offering all amenities you need for a holiday stay. There are 3 pools (main pool, kids pool, heated whirl pool), which were great for our kid. The beach is 5 min walking distance away. Also several food options are in close vicinity. If we ever come back to Tweed Heads, we will stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best apartments I've stayed in.|Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect.|Everything you think you might need in an apartment, was supplied. They had thought of everything!|It is so close to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the airport.|Security was excellent, directions into the carpark and instructions on leaving were simple to follow and Brad was such a nice man.|I would love to stay here again.

Brad couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and patient. The apartment was lovely - huge landing, air con and fans, and the most comfy bed! To top it off I had a lovely visit from the residing cat - so cute!|Location was a short walk to Kirra shops and Nth Kirra SLSC around the corner|Thanks for a lovely stay

Beautiful apartment with lovely pool. Everything new and clean. Perfect location right near the boardwalk to Coolangatta and Kirra beach. Caretaker/Manager Brad was absolutely lovely and really cares about the guests. Love this place.

Was a clean apartment but very run down on the outside needs a good water blast when we turned up we wondered if we would end up staying there it looked so terrible from the street and not the flashest area. Lady was lovely and took our 3 bags to the top level which was a huge help. Dated inside and shower not the best. Very dark rooms need lights on during the day so was abit depressing being in there thankfully we only had 1 full day there so we stayed out as long as we could and just slept there. Pretty quiet place a little road noise now and then but fine really. Lovely beach right outside and super close to airport was great for the 6am flight! Pool was advertised heated but was too cold to go in, and looked quite dirty. Spa was warm. Place just needs good maintenance outside and abit of updating but pleased it was clean and quiet enough.

Love, love, LOVE Bila Vista Holiday Apartments! |We’ve stayed as family of 4 several times now and found everything from the location, price, pool area, beds, apartment layout, and facilities to be absolutely exceptional when compared with similar properties in/around Coolloongatta. |The manager Brad is lovely and goes above and beyond to provide great communication and to create a clean, warm and welcoming experience. Stayed for 7 weeks in a quiet apartment on 1st floor, spacious and comfortable for a couple with space for a visiting friend to stay overnight. |Brad is really helpful & a pleasure to chat with. If you're doing a long stay, call Brad for a better rate. Had an issue with the bed starting to sink in the middle, so he promptly organised a new one. Super comfortable, soft pillows and linen changed weekly so we slept really well.|Terrific location with bus stops literally outside the door (highly recommend the bus to lower stress on the very busy roads). |Didn't use the pool much (too cold) but it'd be brilliant in hot weather. |Undercover parking is great. Be aware there are no lifts so you'll get a workout bringing luggage up to your room. Well worth it though!|Loved our stay at Bila Vista, we plan to come back 🙂
