If you are selling a house in Bathurst or surrounds, I highly recommend having Brent and his team at the Professionals, Bathurst do the honors for you. They absolutely lived up to their business name - and my experience was they went over and above. The team (we worked with Brent and James) were always courteous, connected you in with excellent tradies/cleaners/removalists to do whatever needed to be done, they set up regular check ins to make sure we knew what was happening with the market, provided realistic assessments based on recent sales evidence, and applied that gentle pressure which meant we ultimately were able to sell at a good price for all parties. I have been really impressed. I can't imagine finding a better real estate team to work with. Selling with the Professionals team took the stress out of preparing a house for sale, and selling, and made it into an experience where I felt supported throughout.
