Small but comfortable room. Room was very clean. Approx 10 mins walk to main street. Parking is in the open beside the motel, there is no undercover parking. Motel is in 3 separate buildings. 2 floors per building. Not sure if there is a lift or not as we used the stairs. Check in was easy & quick. There was a continental breakfast provided in a small dining room on the upstairs level, but there was a sign that said close Sundays. We had breakfast planned for Mayfield Garden, so we didn't use or enquire if breakfast was an option. Checkout was just a key drop in the box near reception.

Little choice in Bathurst on Saturday night, so we read the reviews, paid nearly $180 and took a chance. After a long day on the road we arrived at 5.30 to find no reception, just a coded keybox. The carpark is not near the rooms at all, so we lugged our stuff upstairs, negotiating three keyed doors wach time. |The room was very compact and the window looked directly into other rooms a few metres away. The ensuite was tiny. The room and ensuite were clean, the aircon worked, queen bed comfy. It was several minutes walk to a good pub. |The room size and price were the main reasons we would not return here.

Only stayed here because everything else booked out due to events in town. Normally around $130/night, but price gouging made us pay $315. I called to make the booking but was told I had to book online. Then we had to ring onsite manager (same person) to get instructions etc. no face to face welcome. Room was extremely small. We think it used to be a backpackers because of small rooms with paper thin walls and a communal area. Only good thing was that it was clean and warm.

Barely 3 star hotel.
Some sort of dorm style now a “motel”.
Its clean enough. Good comms on phone for after hours check in.
If you want small (and I mean very tight) rooms to accommodate a lot of people it would be good. For a traveling worker it’s not a motel.
Room was noisy with traffic and non stop 10 second knocking from the floor (pipes between floors?) SO noisy and annoying. I’d ask for my money back but it was raining and I was better off dry.

I have stayed at the four seasons hotel in Sydney for 18 nights and I find this hotel better then any four seasons I have ever stayed in around the world

Stayed here because it's relatively close to my next job. They charged me 199, where online it's 144, ripped off. |The room is on the smaller side, had most modcons, another terrible mattress to sleep on, too hard, noisy / busy road. It's not good if you're a light sleeper.
