I had a booking and needed to make a change, so I was asked to call them. When I called, they couldn’t assist with the room change, and I was under the impression that my booking had been canceled. Later, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and didn’t notice the emails regarding my booking. By the time I tried to cancel, it was too late. They refused to offer any refund, even after I explained my situation and provided proof of my diagnosis.

Just one night stay but it was such an amazing stay for us. We just randomly drive in and booked for a unit . Such a clean and fully furnished and equipped rooms. Very easy to book , no shit dramas. Price was very affordable and the nepalese girl in the reception was very helpful and easy to communicate. The big area with new buildings and lots of parking. This place is very good for holidays with family. We will stay in the same hotel in the next visit. Thanks for great service 🙏🙏🙏

Got a last minute booking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Wanted a 3 bedroom but was booked out unfortunately. The rooms are large and the lounge room had a sofa bed made up in it for me along with two portacots in each room. The lounge room and bed made up for not being able to get a 3 bedroom apartment. Great size, clean, comfortable beds, tv with wifi including netflix and youtube for the kids which made the stay that much easier. Safe hotel, fully serviced kitchen and child friendly. Thank you for our wonderful stay the reception team are also very friendly and offered to help carry my things upstairs as i have 3 young babies. Highly recommend

This is my place l stay while visiting Bathurst, reception staff are professional and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 1 bedroom apartment is lovely. Nearby park for after walking, and 3 minutes walk into the main street. There is plenty of parking space , and l would highly recommend the Littmore Suites.

Very comfortable rooms and convenient location to much of the greater part of Bathurst. The rooms are quiet and well appointed and the staff are great and helpful.|There was a little noise from the chicken run next door, which is charming and some noise from the nearby service station but nothing really offensive there either.|This motel would be high on our list if we stay in Bathurst again.

Comfy spacious room. We were in the access suite. A great set up for people that require the extra facilities like a big shower, toilet with the back rest etc. We didn't request this suite, but I think it would be a nice touch if when you are booking you are informed. Overall though, a nice motel, lots of rooms, ample parking, close to all we needed, we had chinese take out for tea, try out the great wall restaurant. We will stay again next time we are visiting.

Stayed two nights. First night strange smell from bathroom. Manager addressed it first thing with no problems moving us to another room. Very happy customer.
Very clean rooms. Tidy modern decor. Bathrooms nicely fitted out. Great value and would stay again. Staff and managers were very professional
