The worst experience.
If you can avoid this company you will avoid a lot of problems.
We bought a house through them, everything seemed to be going well until the day came when they would present the empty house to us, when we got to see the property it was still entirely occupied by the previous owners, and when I say completely I mean that it was all The clothes, furniture, everything in the kitchen, garage, everything was still in the same place. They were just beginning to pack their things.
The next day we received the keys, only to realize that they left the property full of garbage everywhere, the property should have been empty but there were things everywhere. Between 4 people, it took us 4 full days to gather all the garbage they left, we had to call the previous owner and I personally had a fight with him, he came to my property to yell at me that he wouldn't take his garbage, and when I asked why he told me Simply because it's garbage.

After more than three weeks on my property I still have the same garbage here, and this useless company never responded or helped fulfill the contract.
I repeat, avoid it if possible. They are a shame Real State company

Booked a 3 night holiday for Easter 2024. 50% deposit was paid and we received our confirmation. This was booked in April 2023. 5 months later they reach out to me and say that if we want to keep the booking we need to do a minimum of 4 nights. Asking for an additional $1,100 or it will be cancelled.

We were a big group of 12 people and doing an extra night did not suit everyone. I thought I'd meet them halfway and explain that whilst we are annoyed, we will pay an additional $600 for the extra night. They said they'd chat to the owner and let me know.

One month later they come back to me again and say no, pay the $1,100 for the 4th night or the booking will be cancelled....

I believe they purposely wait until it gets close to the holiday date before they ask you for more money. This way you feel trapped as you have very little chance at securing another holiday home with little time remaining.

Very disappointed in this company and found the whole thing very unethical. Be very careful if you book with this company as you'll probably be blackmailed for more money as your holiday date gets closer.

This is by far the worst company to deal with on the South Coast,

When I went to go buy my property I met up with Loren Keller at the property.
He was so pushy and was in a rush to just get the sale done so he can go home.

I ended up deciding to purchase this property, which I thought would have been the end of my worries.
With the standard cooling off period of 5 working days which is fine.

On the last day before my cooling off period Loren was constantly calling me through out the day with attitude hassling me about paying my 10 percent deposit.
Bear in mind I had till 5pm that day to make payment.
Once I made this payment when I had time to go to the bank to transfer that day, I was not able to contact Loren at all.
He must have decided it was time to enjoy his weekend at 3pm on that Friday.
I actually thought ok, deposit is now paid this will be smooth sailing from here,
Yet when it came time to settle, the vendors still hadn’t moved out of the house. Leaving me with further anxiety.
After a week of phone calls to ask when they will move out, I finally was able to get a hold of Loren and he just quickly said Vendors have moved now speak to your Lawyers.

This experience has been so stressful I decided I would never buy from this real estate again!

It’s a shame because I have now bought over 6 properties in the area and every time I saw this real estate pop up I didn’t even bother looking at the property.

I would avoid this Real estate at all cost.
Not worth the hassle and savings

We recently were recommended Greg from Oz Realty by a family friend to assist and sell my late grandmothers home. Throughout the last 3 months Greg has been amazing at keeping in touch, his communication is beyond exceptional, always available or a call back away, he talked us through the whole process from start to finish with weekly + catchups and the end result was more than we expected after deciding to go with an auction. The majority of this was done remotely as I was stuck in another state from listing to settlement - however with Greg's constant communication and organisation it didn't feel like that big of a deal!. It made the whole experience easy for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else selling their home or if they need a helping hand with selling estate property. I booked my rental for my Christmas holiday through Oz Realty in April. At the time there were several other options available at similar prices and I went with Oz Realty as I thought their properties were well priced.

A week ago they sent me an email saying that they had “made an error on my booking” and had to double the price of my booking. I can see this is not the first time this happens as other reviews here complain of the same issue. I do not believe it was an error as I sent them several emails to confirm price & dates which they acknowledged.

They have told me my options are to pay for the new price (double of the original amount) or lose my booking. Now there are not many options left available for me to change the booking as a booked this a long time ago. I asked them to honour their booking and they refuse to do so.

Please stay away from this agency.

Honest and efficient

Horrible and unprofessional experience with Oz Combined Realty. They canceled my original booking on Airbnb ($2k for 2 night booking in a house) 3 days before my trip (in a message) and offered me an alternative property without disclosing the price differential of $300-$800 (varied for periods I checked such as NYE). This was essentially a BAIT AND SWITCH and due to the circumstances where it was the easter holidays and prebookings I had to accept. I recommend NOT USING THIS AGENT. Any attempt to raise my concerns were deflected and ignored, and ruined my Jervis Bay trip.

2 stars for at least finding an alternative accommodation (which was their responsibility anyways for being an unprofessional business)
