Rachael saved the day for me today! I packed and then set a lock on my new Samsonite bag and then couldn’t unlock it again. I panicked as there was no phone support from samsonite on weekends and I fly out in less than 24 hours to spend Xmas in Bali. I phoned the store in Stockland Shellharbour and was instructed by the lovely Rachael to bring the bag in for decoding. She is an absolute legend! She sorted the problem out in less than 10min. I threw my arms around her and sobbed I was so grateful. Thankyou for your excellent support and service Rachael. You rock!

Had a recent issue with a suitcase previously purchased that was still under warranty.
Spoke with April who immediately took control to resolve the issue as soon as possible with clear information about what options were available to resolve.
April was extremely professional & an absolute pleasure to deal with, making it a fuss free experience.
Haven't had that positive kind of retail experience in a long while; a credit to you.

I originally went to Myer and there wasn’t any staff to help me as I wanted to purchase 2 suitcases. I gave up and went to Strand bags to get some information. I was so fortunate to be served be April who is knowledgeable and passionate about the products and not pushy. I ended up buying 2 Antler suitcases of which she price matched. They also kept my details on file which is handy incase for warranty. Excellent service

Rachel was amazing helping me select suitable luggage. What I really appreciated was that she didn't upsell, she took the time to understand my needs and recommended luggage that I am really happy with. Really excellent customer service

Strandbags Shellharbour store (In the shopping centre) is in such a busy spot where there's lots of commotion etc. I have to say the lady there, who's the store manager just goes out of her way to help you select or find the appropriate item. Never has she been unwelcoming, in fact she would have to be the most polite and happy store manager I've come across. I took note of her name, Rachel. I've returned several times to this store just to be served by her as it's never any trouble to source what I have in mind ( and may not necessarily exist lol). Such a nice experience which is hard to come by these days. I hope the company take note of valuable staff like this lady. Highly recommend this store to everyone if you manage to go there.

Fantastic customer service by Vicki & Emily! I stuffed up by incorrectly setting my lock to an unknown number within 30mins of having purchased my suitcase! Went back to the store and both Vicki & Emily helped me out in a massive way by replacing the lock (took them 45mins to do it, so it wasn’t an easy feat). Their willingness to go that extra mile really helped me out and I won’t forget it. A great example of a retail outlet that actually cares about customers!!! A+++.. Much appreciated
