Blonde girl served me. Rolled her eyes when I asked if they had a different size in an item I really wanted to purchase. When I was told they didn’t have the size, I had to prompt her and ask what options we had so I could purchase it. (Can they order it in for me or is there another store with the item) Not helpful at all and made me feel like I was a burden for wanting to buy something in a shop that sells things… Didn’t purchase anything due to the lack of customer service.

Customer service was awful. Walked around for 10 minutes to find someone to get 2 x shoe sizes. Had one male staff member completely ignore me and keep walking. When someone finally helped me waited 40 minutes to pay as only 1 register open. This was a busy thursday night a couple of weeks out from christmas. Whilst trying to complete my transaction the young girl had to leave register to go find someone to authorise the shoes so I could buy them. She had attempted to call for assistance twice with no response. Once she had found someone and they were finally authorised she couldn't get the box closed on one pair so proceeded to shove them in the box. These where expensive shoes and a christmas present. Your staff need more customer service training, you need to staff your store appropiately and give a lesson in how to pack shoes back into a box properly.

I was in the store waiting to try on some swimmers. There was only three working change rooms as the fourth door lock was broken and the other 8 or so were blocked off with a barrier. I asked a staff member if she could please open some more change rooms. Her response was we can’t as I have been told that we can’t. I could see some had stock but there was a few other free ones with no stock in them. I asked again if she could open the free ones. I was told no that she could not open these. There was two people in front of me that had been waiting awhile and due to this I left the store as I did not have that long to wait. Lost a potential purchase because of this.

Went into city beach yesterday looking for a pair of shoes, when I found the 2 pairs I liked and wanted to look at, I found a young girl for help…
When asking for her to come get the shoes down it was like i asked for her to pay for them, she didn’t smile once, was very impolite, and answered questions I asked very blunt!
I think when city beach are hiring they need to make sure the person is a little more polite and actually want to work there, and have people skills!

I was at Shellharbour store today shopping for sale items, after 40mins of finding the sizes i need, I went to checkout only to be told that although the shorts had sale tags x2 on them that they weren’t actually on sale because they didn’t have a yellow dot, the manager was called and she would not honour the sale tags that her staff had put on them , I was polite to the staff it’s a shame that the manager was blunt and boarder line rude. Best your store take a little more effort with marking your reduced stock and maybe honour your mistakes

Came here to buy one shirt and stood in line for 15mins to be served. One person serving and 3 other girls walking past the 12 person line like we were invisible. The manager included. Serving customers is priority number 1. Not folding clothes if you ask me.

Very disappointing, addressing this to one girl which was standing at the counter
as I was waiting in line to be served the girl worker was wasting time and completely ignored us.
10 mins in, she walked up to the counter opposite us and yelled next looking at another customer who was standing behind us.

I mentioned we were waiting here for 10 mins. She replied VERY RUDELY "you were standing at the closed register"
(Oh and there was no sign of "closed register")
The lack of communication is disappointing, and the attitude the worker has was extremely bad.
To be honest, this was the worst service I've experienced in city Beach
