Short version- Loyal weekly customer and enjoyed my experience thoroughly throughout the years…
This review is for the customer service not for quality of work..

Two sets of (paid) hair extensions went “missing”, one long full head and one short half head.

Was chasing this up for 3 months + I moved over 10hrs away, but I made the phone calls, left messages and going into the store before and after I moved when I was in area. Was palmed off consistently then ghosted. I have had to constantly initiate communication.
Eventual solution? Gave me 3x old stock and 1x set of someone else's hair extensions. Massive hassle and honestly just not worth it.

Who to say these are equal in value to my extensions either, different quantity, colour AND length to mine and 1 lot packed like it already been used or at least rummaged through.
Customer service has gone down hill..
on one of my last visits in store I was told by one of the hair dressers “here’s some advice… Do not leave your hair extensions with your hair dresser”.

1 very disappointed long time customer.

Went in today and saw the beautiful Bree for a set of earrings pierced for my 4 year old daughter, Bree went above and beyond to make my daughter feel happy, comfortable and relaxed making the whole process go so easy and smoothly! Thankyou Bree my daughter absolutely loves her new earrings you did an amazing job 👏 can't recommend highly enough if your looking to get your little one pierced see Bree!

Saw Bree today, she was amazing. Very helpful. Very friendly and informative. She changed my nose ring even went a size up and its the right silver I was looking for. Didn't think I'd get use to it but was by the time I got to car. Very pleased. Thank you 😊

I’ll forever recommend Bree to anyone who wants to get a new piercing, She’s done my nostril (I have both sides) and made sure it was perfectly even. She’s super sweet and down to earth. I’ve gone to her for body piercings and my ears and it always has been a 10/10 experience everytime. Whatever you’re gonna get pierced you know it’s gonna be a great experience and have a perfect piercing 🙂 Thank you again! I can’t wait to go back for more hehe

I went in with bright pink hair and the amazing Hayden was able to totally transform my hair to what I wanted! The staff are so sweet and caring! The store is easily accessible and the hours are great especially on Thursday nights. Honestly I couldn’t recommend the store and the staff more especially the miracle worker that is Hayden!

Went for a piercing on Ears for my daughter, His knowledge and passion for his job was amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended such a nice guy.
