I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional work of your security team in handling the situation with the aggressive customer near the Fish Market today. The professionalism and composure displayed were truly commendable.

The male customer was clearly agitated, exhibiting aggressive behavior by swearing, yelling, and pointing fingers at your security personnel. It was a challenging and potentially volatile situation, but your guard was unfazed. I was impressed by his ability to remain calm and composed in the face of such hostility. His approach in requesting the customer to calm down before engaging in conversation demonstrated excellent de-escalation skills.

Furthermore, I am pleased to note that the local authorities also displayed efficiency and professionalism in their response. The collaboration between our security team and the police contributed to the successful resolution of the incident.

Lots of people without feeling crowded. Good range of shops - can just about buy anything you want. Good parking options. Outdoes other shopping malls in the Illawarra.

Fantastic parent’s room. Multiple individual feeding rooms, ample change tables and play arounds for older toddlers. Really impressed with the facilities. Well thought out and appreciated by us new parents.

Great parking, clean toilets, 2 food courts, just need a popular Sydney style asian grocer and an authentic pho soup restaurant, and I can say goodbye to Sydney!

I got my car lost and the security guard was so helpful. I also was given a shortcut to Breast screen by a helpful shop worker, go through Myers and up their escalator!

When you need to borrow a disabled scooter, via the centre, you need to go fill the paperwork out and the service desk, which is far from any of the car parks. They won't have any security or staff members bring you the mobility aid and escort you to go fill out said paper work, even when requested over the phone. They also won't allow a family member to fill the paperwork out for you.. So you either risk your health by walking a greater distance to get the scooter or you have to go somewhere else that is more disability friendly.

This centre has everything you need except Big W. Staff are friendly. Smile anywhere, and you'll get one back, and it's clean. The cleaners do a wonderful job.

Is a nice mall and sizable.
There is a free car park within the mall. Many shops and eateries restaurants inside & around the mall. Is a interesting that they have setup a outdoor small play area for the kids...
