Best to stay away from PetO Shellharbour. I took my dog there to have her claws trimmed for the advertised price of under twenty dollars. I was then told it would be twenty eight dollars. My dogs claws couldn't wait so I had to pay the extra. PetO engages in false advertising. They barely trimmed my dogs claws after I waited for approximately an hour to have it done.

I came into best friends this morning to pick up my new bird. I can easily say I had the most heartwarming experience talking to Jackie all about my new baby. It was super comforting knowing she had hand raised him herself and she did everything she could’ve to help me feel confident in my choice. The team at Best Friends Shellharbour are amazing. I am so excited for my journey with my new companion!

Exceptional service here last night from the kind young man serving. We found a product $30 cheaper online and while he couldn’t price match it due to being an online only store, he really went out of his way to research the best local in store price and beat it for us resulting in a price only $3 more than Amazon!

Ever since it became Pet-O, I feel like the selection for small animals/exotics has been abysmal. Great for dogs and cats, as per their tagline, and the vets are wonderful, but I don't understand why you'd own such a large space then /limit/ whole categories of purchasable items. Disappointing, as the owner of many small animals/exotic who shopped here regularly for many years. Probably best to shop elsewhere nowadays if you need supplies for our more unusual friends.
