Hello, I was shopping at Wooworths near to Chemist Warehouse.
I had finished paying for my items and on the way out my paper bag fell apart. I went back inside to buy another bag and a staff member by the name of Christian quickly came to give me assist by giving me a Woolworths green bag. Christian, was so very polite, he had seen me struggling with the torn bag near to entrance and so came quickly with bag and had opened it for.
I was so very grateful and impressed with this young gentleman.

This is my favourite shopping centre great prices fresh produce great Woolworths rewards and very helpful staff just remember to bring your shopping bags otherwise you can purchase for 15c.

just went 2 woolies purchased ant rid strips $9.50, than went 2 the reject shop found a 3pkt of ant traps 4,$2.50, went back 2 woolies 2 get refunded the staff member said unable 2 be refunded due 2 store policy, my response was that's ridiculous,guess what i got refunded $9

Sick of the attitude from the cake-faced airbags they continue to hire at this woolworths. Not the first but the last time I'm bothering to contribute this stores' KPI. Silly me, thinking that an ice cream flavour with the same name as its ticket, having a big SPECIAL sign slapped over said ticket, with the ticket having the same name--- would be on special. Turns out that no, it was not this ice cream but a different, identical ice cream with a different name but silly silly me for thinking that they'd include those key words on the ticket. Would have appreciated the workers not rolling their eyes, pretending I'm some ignorant wallet on legs and stamping around the store for a price check that they had brought upon themselves. Do your jobs properly or get educated and find a better job if you hate working there so much. Might need to get your store to stock up on braincells but I'm sure you'd mislabel those too.

Got a chicken breast and the deli lady did not put it in side the plastic. Just placed it on the plastic and then wrapped. Got to the check out and it had dripped onto the paper. I lifted it out of the trolly, slipped and dropped on to the floor. Returned it to the deli, explained and asked for a new one. She put the chicken breast BACK into the cabinet, and chose a new one for me. Best of luck to all CUSTOMERS, FLOOR GERMS are all over your ones.

Well today's was a bit different from last time, in that i used the normal register and chose that moment to pack up and not work...
I should point out it wasn't me, it was the person in front... that being said i was still able to pay for my stuff on the other one and leave.
As far as the store goes...it seemed quiet enough, it was their so-called quiet hour but its hard to tell really...

Fantastic location and parking a plenty for larger vehicles that are a bit over the entrance height restrictions, into the centres car park.
Friendly staff and very helpful in finding those difficult items.

Shellharbour Woolies is very well organised and clean it has everything there the produce at the time when I was there shopping are fresh and they do rotate their stock the employees must spend their time in care to ensure their products are moving in a satisfactory rate. The flowers they sell are also fresh and not wilting which is also good. The environment their is friendly and the employees there are also helpful. The store itself is clean and well maintained. But.... There were products there that I needed but did not have, they were out of stock and there was no sign label saying they were temporarily out of stock so it was either they were not paying attention to their stock levels or were out the back ready to be shelved by the staff. I did not have the time to ask as I was on a tight schedule so I left it as that. Overall a good store they just need more TLC on items that aren't stock to be stocked or a label sticker saying that this item is temporarily unavailable.
