If i could give 0 stars i would - I made an order online for click and collect which was cancelled within an hour due to "no stock" even the when i ordered it was in stock.

So i then have to wait a week now for a refund for something they advertised as in stock but somehow wasn't.

I make a second order for a different item right after for click and collect also, that order is also cancelled even quicker this time due to "no stock" again, which i then check and still says in stock online, i then chatted with someone who said that online stock is separate to in store stock even though i ordered for click and collect.

So i am now awaiting refund for 2 orders that were cancelled because they didn't have stock of something that they are advertising as in stock. They are quick to take your money for something that they "may or may not be in stock", but they will happily take your money and then find out if they have it or not and then tell you to wait 7-14 days for your money back because of their mistake and then act as if it is a normal thing. - later that day the store has the item in store as i went in afterwards even though i was told my order was cancelled because they "didn't have it in stock"

Worst store experience i have ever had.

Always my go to for essential home items.
Staff are nice, it would be nicer if the floor staff inside the store acknowledge customers as they filled the shelf.
Some of the more mature staff could also smile and be bubbly whilst doing a customer service related Job even if its just filling shelves .

Store layout is good. Nice and wide walkways for the trolley or wheelchairs. Only way to pay is through self serve. They usually have someone there to help but can become quite busy and can take sometime to get through. Good range of products and good pricing.

Located in a quiet corner of the centre. Fairly good stock levels, but can be a bit hit & miss with bigger women's sizes. Mostly self service checkouts. Don't forget that Flybuys can be used at all Targets

Difficult to find service but once found very helpful. Great fitting rooms very good size just the lighting is annoying it keeps switching on and off. Good size store. Used to buy my work trousers from Target though it seems their quality has gone down now.

Didn't go here but good shop. Once got tackled too the ground by police in a target because apparently I looked like someone they were looking for.. nothing bad happened from it thanks to the fact that I had my ID on me. Cleared that miss understanding up. Haha great memories...

I don't frequent this shop often. Like the new set up, once I found where I was going. Change rooms were impressive, well lit and clean. Wasn't sure how the checkout system worked and had a absolutely lovely young lady by the name of Piper tend to me. She directed me to a checkout and proceeded to do the sale for me, all the while with a smile and friendly conversation. A++ for her service.

Love the renovation! Target has so much cool stuff now. I walked around and the store aesthetic is very appealing. Definitely visiting more often 😁
