Needed to send a parcel, walked in apparently stood in the wrong line, never mind, went to the counter was being served by a young girl happy, friendly, I continued to give some feedback on appropriate signage as where to stand because all there is red tape on floor. Well the rude post office worker yes the one with the glasses and the untidy appearance with a mouth to match started yelling at me, I was not even being served by her she gave me a sarcastic merry Xmas, wow lady you must be a very sad person if that is how you treat people, I suggest proper signage so there is no more altercations about where to stand, as for the so called big mouth worker with the glasses RETIRE, people don't need to deal with your narcissistic personality. I left and went to Warilla Grove post office where there is a sign of where to stand and was meet with a friendly smile and great service.

there is this one courier in the area (a man that wears glasses), that always refuses to leave parcel in a safe space (such as my apartment lobby even after I remotely open the door), even if the item is just a $20 amazon prime delivery that I am sure does not require signature. I work from home and have meetings, this guy has needlessly wasted my time multiple times making me collect from post office.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use this post office again. Older lady with blonde/brown hair with glasses clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She definitely could benefit from some additional customer service skills.

I had a bad experience at this Post Office yesterday. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful however one particular staff member is not. While visiting with my family she was immediately contemptuous of my young children, being children. Overly judicial and hostile in relation to the validity of the forms being submitted. While we eventually reached an amicable outcome, the solution was withheld and only offered following a triad of what can only be described as "power tripping" bureaucracy. To the manager of this post office, I strongly suggest that this individual be given some training in customer service.

Having had ongoing great experiences with the team at Stocklands post office through our business account, this was further reinforced by the great customer service provided by staff member, Marie. Marie has been an ongoing familiar face but went out of her way today to find multiple receipts I needed for important expense claims. Very appreciative of her time and the work put in by her.

Disgusting customer service. Blonde lady in particular is extremely miserable and condescending and should think before she speaks to customers, as she has no idea what others are dealing with. Have never had a positive experience here.
