I’ve been visiting the medical centre for years. And this really is a fantastic centre.

They do their absolute best to provide affordable to people in need, which is so rare these days.

Wait times are more then reasonable.

The manager Renee and all of the receptionists are extremely helpful and genuinely care for their regular clients.

There is a very experienced psychologist on hand who is intelligent and down to earth and a great listener.

I’ve seen a range of Drs and had a great experience with most of them.

I once have a negative experience although the clinic went above and beyond to resolve the issue and Renee followed up to ensure all was well.
It’s amazing to have a clinic you can rely and one I can trust completely.

I can only really speak for Dr Vandhana as she's the doctor I have seen. She is so thorough and genuinely cares about getting to the root of the issue. It feels rare to find a doctor that spends an appropriate amount of time on you at the appointment instead of feeling rushed. I know being a doctor isn't easy but I really appreciate the work she's doing and it really does make a difference to spend that extra bit of time and care. Thank you! <3

Had an appointment with Dr Uchendu who had no care whatsoever for what I was explaining. Didn't even properly assess. Such a shame as I read great reviews for other doctors here.Can only review my experience.
The Secretary was lovely and welcoming also.

Very professional and very understanding team. My Doctor has a very nice professional manner. Never do I feel that my doctor isn’t listening to me. It’s a great family practice. Something you don’t come across lately. So I’m happy in finding this medical practice right here in Warilla.
