I went here for one night with my friends for a festival and we booked 3 rooms between 8 people.

When I got there with a few friends, the lady at the desk was so incredibly rude. She immediately made me pay a $600 deposit but then had a go at me for using apple pay. I went to the car to get my actual card. When i used it, the first time I used the wrong pin and then she immediately judged me for that. The second time it worked. She then turned around to all my friends in the worst tone and so rude said “your friend just paid a $600 deposit. There are other people here so you cannot be making a lot of noise or it will come straight out of the deposit. If anything is destroyed that will also come out of the deposit.” Look, I get that we are a bunch of 19/20 year olds but the prejudice is not needed and it honestly sets such a bad precedent for the business.

Not to mention the rooms were not clean and there was a weird lingering smell. There was also a lot of noise at 3am by other guest. Soooo how about that.

Just putting it out there, we were only there to sleep, barely any mess and everything was all cleaned up.

Not happy about the service. I wouldn’t recommend not gonna lie.

This place is the most filthy hotel I've been in! Bed had hair in it and was itchy (we were later informed the place is used as a halfway house to house homeless/junkies) there is nothing resort about the place, dead bugs everywhere filthy furniture and room smelled like mold! Charged 173 dollars for a very outdated hotel room with a shower that runs cold. Never again will I stay here there is nothing resort about it my skin is still itchy from staying there. The only good thing was helpful staff but that's not enough.

Location was handy for what I was after
Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing late check out.
The room though:
Dead bugs everywhere
Pretty sure there was a missing couch? Huge space where I felt one should have been
Room was quite out dated and dark

Staff are snobby and rude. The place is run down with cockroaches in rooms, staff do not clean rooms properly and for the price it’s very disappointing.
Great area but this motel needs an overhaul and staff replaced. Or trained.

Location was nice. Check in was easy. Little bit disappointed that staying two nights your room won’t get made up for the second night. It went downhill from there. I think if you turned a blue light on you would see the whole room light up from the moon the chairs and the lounges were filthy The shower head would not stay up. The bed had been laid on and just pulled up. Needed to put towels down just to sit on the lounge, Will never stay here again.

Where do I start 🤔
Christmas beetles by the dozen, flew out as I opened door, under pillows & dead ones in bedding.
The sheets weren't tucked in, just placed on mattress
Just Yuk!
Speaking as an experienced Room Attended for over 10 years,
I would retrain ALL staff.
Just my opinion

Booked a stay for 2 nights but left after 1 night. The room absolutely reeked like cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. The smell of cigarettes was so over bearing it gave me a migraine. There were German cockroaches in the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was very good and the one bright spot from our stay. Staff were also very friendly.
