Jacinta has been incredibly helpful in strange, difficult and expensive circumstances! I initially rented a vehicle from here and it was seamless and easy, I was also upgraded to a better car foc.

I then bought a car from her and she was fair on the price and very helpful in arranging rego and RWC etc. Unfortunately the car broke down a few days into me having it and Jacinta arranged a tow truck and for a new motor to be fitted at minimal cost to me. Incredible service and very much appreciated. Faith in humanity (and car dealerships) restored thanks to these guys!

Recently my car broke down, so remembered there was a Car rental in Cobram. Visited them to arrange a hire car for a week until I had a chance to have my car repaired. Whilst waiting for for completion of hire paperwork, I had a look around at what they had for sale and came across a Hyundai Sonata for sale for an affordable price that still had to have the Road Worthy Certificate completed for 3 months registration. No problem with waiting as I already had a hire car for a week. Decided to complete the deal with Jacinta who I give great thanks for making the whole purchase of a 2nd car for our family a breeze. 10 out of 10 Jacinta. I had issues with getting a small short term loan to make up the balace of the money I needed to buy a lovely near new car from Jacinta. Despite my hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of assests and investments , the bank I had been with for just under 30 years was making it hard for me to borrow a mere $5,000 for a short term of a couple of months.
Jacinta had the car ready to go within a day or two , but the bank procrastinated. When I told Jacinta the situation, she organised a payment plan with her alone. No banks involved, and no interest or fees. She has let me have the car today without the full amount paid yet because she said she "trusts me".
Good old fashioned country faith and good will! How often do we see this today? She has trusted me and I would never let her down. Can't think of many businesses nowadays that would do this; if any.
Cobram Car Rentals and Sales has that genuine bush spirit. Not suggesting Jacinta should do this for everyone but she knew I was honest. She has saved me so much stress and money. I can now travel to the Mornington Peninsula tobtake my mother out for lunch for her 87th birthday in style. Thank you Jacinta. 100 stars for your business!
