I have attended this practice 4 times. My recent experience at this practice was deeply troubling and left me feeling neglected and frustrated. Here’s why:

1. Inadequate Examination:
Despite presenting with persistent nasal congestion and green mucus, the focus of the examination was misplaced, concentrating on my breathing and stomach instead of addressing my primary symptoms.

2. Insufficient Care for Symptoms:
I’ve been dealing with ongoing green mucus and frequent illnesses over the past year and worsened in the last three months, which I expected to be thoroughly investigated. Instead, I was simply advised to use a nasal spray, which felt like a dismissive and incomplete response.

3. Poor Handling of Work Accommodation:
When I asked for a note to work from home the next couple days due to constant illness, I was given an unusual and inappropriate suggestion to undergo a driving test to assess my lethargy. This response did not address my genuine concerns.

4. Lack of Treatment Plan:
I left the appointment without any medication or a clear treatment plan even after directly asking. Just a recommendation for a blood test for low energy and coeliac disease, even though I've been sensitive to gluten and had IBS from age 12. This left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed properly.

5. Inconsistent Service Quality:
I’ve noticed that the level of service improves when I am accompanied by someone, which raises concerns about the attentiveness and consistency of care provided.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me feel like my health issues were not taken seriously. I urge others to be cautious and hope that the practice will review and improve their approach to patient care.

Me and my family all see Dr. Tavallaie who is very caring and thorough.
Unexpectedly went to hospital and was surprised and pleased to recieve a follow-up call when the discharge summary landed on his desk to check how I was.

I was recommended this practice by a friend about my back pain and migrains, I have been dealing with incredibly bad back pain for the last 12 years with no releif from braces, medication or exercises and after seeing Dr Louise McKinnon not only did she discover I have a heart condition the medication she prescribed me for my back has given me pain relief for the first time in so long. I can't thank her enough for helping me.
The reception staff are lovely, friendly and easy to deal with and everyone seems happy to see you everytime you arrive. I have been to this practice only a few times now but everytime I've seen the reception staff going out of their was to help anyone who comes in.
I genuinely think this is one of the best practices I have been to and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr told me my 2 year old had vaginal thrush without even looking at her. Sent me off to chemist with some things written down and pharmacist refused to give to me as you do not insert anything into a 2 year olds vagina. Very very rare for this to occur before puberty. Disregarded my concerns for a UTI. She does infact have a UTI. 0 help. Would not recommend going here.

I went to the practice twice and both times had issues with reception giving me misinformation about the cost of appointments and about being able to attend a Saturday appointment which i was told i could at a cost and then changing their mind on me being able to go to the Saturday appointment at all (which with work was the whole reason I booked here). I also found the doctor pretty unhelpful to answering my questions about pregnancy and didn't enjoy my experience. Will not return.

My family and I have been given nothing but the best care and concern when attending appointments with Dr Tavallaie & also Shelly the NP. I have been a patient with Dr Tavallaie for many years and no complaints whatsoever. Receptionists also working hard to accommodate for such a busy practice. Would highly recommend, my daughter who is 2 is also very comfortable when needing a check-up.
