I would highly recommend going to see Alan Valpied at italktravel & Cruise Ballarat.
Just came back from a packed two week overseas trip. Our trip was Brussels, Western Front and Paris. Would love to go back some day.
Our trip was five years in the making, because of Covid as it cancelled our trip we had booked.
So glad we finally got to go and be able to tick it off the bucket list.

The service we received from Alan Valpied was exemplary. He was not only courteous, pleasant and empathic, he was extremely flexible and generous. We had a difficult itinerary and he navigated the layers of our requirements with dexterity, giving us options we hadn't considered. He spent a long time with us, much longer than his remuneration from the airline merited. His communication and style made us feel at all times like valued customers. Without our travel agent, we'd be on our own.
Plan our trips amazingly well, and help get difficult situations sorted out in times of crisis.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff friendly and experienced in travel. Used them for multiple trips through USA, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. If any problems arise they go out of their to fix. Fully recommend for value and knowledge.
