Kingstar Coaches Management is simply brilliant . I have never been with a tour and feel this satisfied before . I was travelling with my grandmother to cairns 4 days tour and my grandma couldn't walk very well due to her knee surgery . Both the tour guide (Conrad) and the driver went above and beyond to look after us from the very beginning . He knew both English and Chinese so it was easy for my grandmother and rest of the people that were on the same bus to understand . The hotel where we stayed at were fantastic , this simply was a 5 star trip from the very beginning .
