Best Car Repair Shop in Sydney. Mr Altai was really a great gentlemen and Ms Altai gave me the best price with an amazing discount. Their son doing my rego completed it extraordinarily quick and deserves 10,000 vbucks and fifa point. Would definitely come back and I am brining the in laws car next week. Would highly recommend coming here for anything car related. Big thanks to the Altai family and the workers for amazing service.

I have used Menai Car Repairs for many years now, both under the previous owner and Jack as the current owner. My family members and a number of friends have also used the business for a number of years.

Over that time they have looked after a number of my cars, including a couple of VW and a couple of Audi. I have always found them to be great value and quality, and very professional to deal with. Always delivering on what they promised and on the odd occasion when there has been any unexpected extra work required they have always contacted me to discuss the costs and to obtain my approval prior to any work being carrying out.

Recently I arrived at the workshop late in an afternoon on the back of a tow truck. The issue was not related to any work performed by Menai Car Repairs, but turned out to be a fuel quality issue, with water in the fuel mixture.

So without notice, Jack immediately took ownership of identifying the problem and within a very short space of time was able to diagnose and identify the issue and provide a quote for the repairs. To cut a long story short he also carried out the work first thing the following morning and I had my car back on the road and running well by lunch time that day.

I would highly recommend Jack and the team, the guys provide an excellent service commencing from the initial phone calls to book a car in (unless you arrive on the back of a tow truck), drop offs, updates as required and work completed in the agreed time frame. No surprises and a wonderful service overall, would rate them as a 12/10 - keep up the great work guys.....

amazing service, couldnt ask for a better service or faster repair, cheapest prices in western sydney, big thanks too the Altai family and the rest of the team, even have there young boy doing rego and he is very good and efficient at it, he deserves a pay rise 😂
but all together i highly recommend and cant ask for anything extra.
