Woeful attitude by one of the staff today. Asked for a number 7 sandwich. Was given 3 different excuses for why theres no salmon today. Asked for a number 4. Toasted or fresh.she asked. I asked for very lightly toasted. The attitude i received in return. With the worst stern terrible condescending voice. I cant guarantee anything. Theres no chef here. Absolutely disgusting. Lost a customer today. Never again. Sandwich was very average too.

A great place to stop for breakfast or lunch, we "discovered" this is open to the public after taking our son on one of the ANSTO tours of the nuclear research facilities.
Very friendly staff, excellent food, with easy parking, plus you can always drop into the ANSTO Discovery Centre next door as an added bonus!

There were 30 assigned mins to order food, before the bus was headed for departure. I ordered a bacon and egg roll. I was served last out of all of my friends who were mostly behind me. The teachers were beginning to gather the students to go onto the bus and I still hadn't received my order. I had to go up to them and tell them that my school was literally leaving and needed my order. They hadn't even started making the bacon and egg roll and said "the chef had forgot to put the bacon on the grill". They had 25 minutes to do this. I requested a refund and said that if it is not ready now then I have to leave as I am not being left behind. The servers immediately whipped up the bacon and egg roll in 2 minutes. The roll looked disgusting. Egg splattered all over the box. Poor efficiency. Earlier that day I had ordered an ice chocolate. The servers began to notice that I was in a hurry and stated "your ice coffee is almost ready". I corrected them and said that I had ordered and Ice Chocolate. Had I have not corrected them I would have been receiving the wrong order. Everything on the menu is a rip off.

The Menu is the same for years, always Rice Rice ,Rice , needs some mashed potato, soups , casseroles, stews , just needs to change from the same old stuff every day .
People don’t mind paying for good food on a plate , but they hate having to pay for cheap food that’s the same old thing every day , wake up Foilage , it’s not just me that is saying this to you.

I was quite impressed. The staff were very friendly. They made visitors feel welcome. Everything was reasonably priced and good quality. This is a handy place if you are traveling through and just want a coffee or maybe morning tea or lunch. I'll be back.
