I couldn't recommend Richard from Bumper Image more highly ! He recently repaired a scratch on the bumper of my wife's new car ( yes, I caused it ! ) and from first contact he was Friendly, Honest, Efficient and Timely.
He turned up as arranged to quote, was happy to reschedule the repair after I needed to change, completed the work at my home and went the extra mile to make sure that only the area of the car that needed repair was involved - He covered the entire car to protect from overspray and matched the colour perfectly.Took all of the rubbish with him, and left the car as (or better than) new !

Exceptional Bumper Repair Service!!

I recently brought a new car and found upon pick up that the rear drivers side bumper had been scratched and paint gauge right down to the base paint. I knew Richard by reputation and called him immediately to help me fix the problem, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From start to finish, Richard demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail, even coming to my home on a weekend to fit in with my working schedule.

First and foremost, the quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. The bumper looks as good as new, with no visible signs of the previous damage. Richard clearly is a master of his craft, and it shows in the flawless results he delivered.

Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed by Richard's customer service. He were prompt, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring that I was informed and satisfied every step of the way. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs truly set them apart.

Richard was very prompt with replying to my initial enquiry, turned up on time at my place to quote and, had rain not delayed it, would have repaired the large scratch and peeling clear coat on my bumper bar the following day, certainly a very quick turnaround compared to sending the car to the smash repairs. I found Richard to be very professional and honest with his assessment, and the repair work he did was of a very high standard, with the damage being repaired to a point that I could not tell that any had been done. I can highly recommend Richard if you're looking for repairs like mine!

Had a little accident with my 4 week old car. Called Richard and sent some photos and he booked me in the very next day. Very professional very helpful and his work is amazing. Couldn’t be more happier with the results, came out brand new just like factory. Used all the top notch products.

Masked up the whole car and did not leave any over spray or dirt in the paint, he didn’t take any short cuts either as he took off the plastic moulds and went all the way to the edges. Thanks again

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Richard. He has a high professional work ethic which is very commendable on it's own. He was very responsive to all communications, the repair quote was a very fair price, and his craftsmanship was outstanding. And on top of all this, he is a really nice guy.
