I had a test done and antibiotics prescribed before the results came back. They didn’t call to let me know the results were in and (I found out later) positive for an infection that was actually resistant to the antibiotics so they would have known that I was not getting the right treatment and left it weeks. They wanted to charge $25 to tell me the results over the phone or would have to go in. I went to a different doctor and had them chase up the results for me.
I’ve had another bad experience there where I booked my child in for immunisations and specified on the phone that this was what the appointment was for. When we turned up for the appointment we were waiting hours and then called in only to be told the nurse who does the vaccinations hadn’t turned up for work so they couldn’t do it.
Other times when we’ve tried to book in we’ve been told there are no doctors working that day and call back tomorrow to see if they’re in tomorrow.

DO NOT COME HERE. I came in on a Sunday 5/01/25 and the man at reception is a horrible human being. He was trying to get my basic information and kept talking over me and then asked me to fill the patient form; before I grabbed the form I just informed him that I have a temperature as the signs around the front desk clearly state: inform receptionist immediately if you are experiencing fever, cough, rash etc. he then very rudely replied “yes but that won’t stop you from filling out the form, will it?”
I was simply following the instructions of the practice and that resulted in me being treated like garbage. I was quite unwell that day so I just left in tears, but I cannot believe that people can be this rude. This practice shouldn’t exist- if you’re unwell and needing a GP on a Sunday, the GP practice opposite urgent care in Caringbah is quick and great

we were stunned to hear the receptionist responding "if you don't want to wait, come tomorrow; we don't care" when asked, by a patient, how much longer they would wait, because they were already waiting for more than 11/2 hour!!!! these people are getting paid to do a job they don't care about, taking the place of people who realy need a job, and can do it properly....simply disgusting...it's a shame the "no stars" option is not available

Rudest reception team who don’t understand the simply tasks of their job such as being polite and providing referrals.
Manager there is rude, degrading and speaks to you as if you are incompetent.
Never go here and don’t bother calling them for anything or even to ask a question.
If could rate 0 stars I would.

Came as walk in. Dr was able to see me within 20minutes
Assessed the cut on my hand, and was able to glue it right up
Can’t complain for a bulk billing service

I have an implant defibrillator and my cardiologist told me to get an NDIS help.. I am a local resident and visited this med.. enter many years.. went I give them the paperwork first time they told me to filled it up myself and they will sign it..and the second time they send me away.
The Prof. Cardiologist said he will call and speak to them.. but I don't trust this place anymore 😕

I have used this practice for years for things such as scripts, referrals and sick kids. I have found Dr Ali and the other doctors I have seen to be courteous and professional. I generally turn up at the centre ask how long to see a GP then go and shop for generally around an hour and go back.

The doctor's office I visited was by far the slowest medical facility I have ever been to. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, but I arrived 30 minutes early to make sure I was on time. Unfortunately, I didn't get seen until 12pm and ended up waiting for two hours. To make matters worse, there was only one doctor available, which made me wonder if this was a common occurrence. Despite feeling sorry for the other patients who had to wait just as long as I did, I will not be returning after such an unacceptable delay for a mere 10-minute appointment.
