Unfortunately, although we tried to visit during advertised opening hours, the doors were locked, with no 'back in 5 minutes' sign. We waited around for 5-10 minutes, but no one appeared (I did try the intercom and asked in the cafe). I've visited before with a group of students, and thought it worthy of revisiting as I was passing. 3 stars because I know it's good, but was very disappointed to find it closed, and without explanatory signage. I'm guessing it was a one-off problem, but a note on the door would have been helpful.

The tour guide, Victor, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The tour was 2.5 hours and you need to leave your bag, phone, and smart watches in the lockers provided at the start of the tour for security reasons.
