I always have a fantastic experience at the Menai Post Office. Every time I visit, I am greeted with warm energy, and the staff always go above and beyond to help. A special mention to Janan, who consistently delivers exceptional service. The customer service here is always on point, and I’ve never been disappointed. Even though it’s not my local post office, I go out of my way to come here because of the high level of service. I highly recommend this post office for anyone seeking a positive and hassle-free experience!

Absolutely so rude, I was told by Aust Post on the phone that my package was “held pending further information” and I had to go in and see them at Menai, who ever he was behind the counter was just rude and dismissive, shrugged and said “we wouldn’t even know where it is” No interest in helping, even had a little laugh to himself at my distress and said “have a nice day”. I believe the Aust Post shops are franchised? I sincerely hope this one fails.

ASIC applications only require 3 documents from A, B, C which it states on the form. They do not require a utility bill if the drivers licence has the application address on it. Do not waste people’s time with unnecessary documents which are not required, you need to retrain on the documents required so that you do not waste people’s time further.

Not sure if there are new staff here but there’s one middle aged lady with glasses who is super rude - no greeting hello, plays on her phone while there is a queue, rude attitude and such poor service. I’ve even seen her shouting at some customers.
It’s such a shame as I’ve never come across such bad Aus Post staff in my whole life. The energy is just negative and the staff (especially that one lady) are so bitter. Makes you feel like a pest/inconvenience. Wish we had the Sutherland staff here instead.

If you want a lesson in life on how to be rude, arrogant, disrespectful, then Australia Post Menai is a good place to learn. Despite my calm and polite demeanor, I was met with dismissive attitudes and unwarranted hostility. It’s disheartening to experience such treatment from a service that should be reliable and courteous. Basic human interaction is blatantly missing. The way they handle concerns is equally appalling; instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, they seem more interested in deflecting blame or making excuses. This kind of behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of Australia Post Menai but also erodes trust in their services. It’s high time that the management addresses these issues and ensures that their team is trained not just in handling packages, but also in the art of customer service

The worst post office and the most terrible service i have ever received . The rest of the staffs are nice and helpful, there is only one old lady who is so rude and unprofessional and mean. If i have a choice, i would never wanted to come back here to collect my parcel.

From my personal experience, I have always received really great customer service from this Post Office, which I frequent often, to both pickup items and post them. The staff have helped me, answered any questions, made suggestions as to what I should do in regard to particularly difficult parcels. No issues from me.
