Great idea, awful execution.

If you’re looking for an app that promises great savings but delivers more headaches than anything else, look no further!

Sure, the concept of the 7-Eleven app is fantastic—lock in fuel prices and save money, right? Wrong. Because good luck actually getting that discount when you go to fill up.

Twice now, I’ve used the app to lock in a price. And twice, the full discount mysteriously vanished at the pump. When I asked the Indian clerk for help, the response was always the same: “I cannot do it, brother.” Helpful, right? Nothing says customer service like a dismissive shrug.

If I could give zero stars, I would. 7-Eleven, fix this mess or drop the app altogether.

Terrible Experience at 7-Eleven Menei

I had an awful experience at the 7-Eleven in Menei. The guy working there is completely useless and rude. I placed an order for pickup, and when I arrived, he acted like he had no idea what was going on. I had to explain it three times, and he still couldn't get it right. Not to mention, he was swearing under his breath and acting like I was the problem. Honestly, this place needs better staff who can actually do their job. I won't be coming back. Worst 7-Eleven experience ever. And specially this guy who is working today 31st December2024 12:34pm should be sacked.

the website says 24/7. we went around 3am and the man was only cleaning. we were trying to figure out the coffee machine, instead of helping us the man told us to hurry up even though he had nothing to do but mop! made my friend anxious and left without anything.

I dont know how many times myself and many others have gone to 711 Menai at night and the guy just looks at you from the inside and continues working. I dont look like I'm a criminal, drive a new BMW. Time & time again people in droves just get out of their car, wait, and then drive away. It may as well be closed at night as its hit and miss if they will open the doors.

Don't buy fuel here. Less than a 15min drive and it's 30 cents a litre cheaper. Absolute rort because it's in Menai

Consistently overpriced petrol compared to neighbouring 7-11 and competitor stations. Rip off and the small print on the fuel app caps the savings to 25c. Riverwood 1.95, Menai 2.50. Why

There car wash have been broken down for so many days when i came to wash my car staff member right on my recipt i can wash it later when it’s fixed and today i come again there is stupid a person Prajwal here and he just being very rude and not helpful anyway. Just being a Idiot and keep saying me come later and se my manager.
I have the receipts where other staff member write on it am eligible for getting it other time.😡😡
