Working Dog Training Online is an incredibly well paced, extremely informative and professionally executed learning platform with each training session presented by Jamie and Mani Sturrock thoughtfully presented to accommodate an audience at all levels in their training.

My approach to training has changed considerably. I now have a procedure I can follow and review any time at leisure. I often find I pick up on something I have missed just by going back over a particular session. I am very grateful to be able to contact Jamie directly for guidance and suggestions. He is always willing to impart knowledge with my best interests at heart.

I would have to say joining up with Working Dog Training Online has been my best investment ever for training my dogs and working our stock.

I have no hesitation in recommending Working Dog Training Online to anyone who has a passion to improve their relationship with their working dogs, educate their dogs to a fully trained team member and improve productivity on farm.

I signed up for Working Dog Training Online because my dog is approaching two years old and we were stuck in our training. I’ve got quite a bit of head-knowledge on the topic (having subscribed to several other online courses in the UK & USA, and even took in-person classes). And while I’ve learned something from each, this course is definitely the best value for money! I like their practical approach to herding, it’s designed for real-life working situations, and covers each stage of development — showing you how to set your dog up for success, right from the start! The videos are extremely well filmed, the information is well presented, and I appreciate how everything is repeated with a few different dogs (with different personalities) and talked through. The website works smoothly (being rural, I find that really important!), the content is well organized, the videos check off as you complete them, and there’s a forum too! I did go to use the forum for additional help, but changed my mind, because as I watched the videos and implemented what I’d learnt, I soon didn’t need the extra feedback (my dog improved more in three sessions after I’d watched this content, than she had in months, and we no longer had issues with focus or gripping!). Highly recommend the course, and added to this they seem like a genuinely lovely family 🙂

As someone new training working dogs, I can say that many resources exist for people thinking about training a dog in the early stages. Once you get beyond the basics though, it can all feel a bit bewildering, especially if you don't have anyone to guide you. What's more, if your dog isn't responding to your training it can be frustrating working out a fix. I'm embarrassed to say that sometimes it has just been easier to let a dog continue it's bad habits! Working Dog Training Online has been such an easy resource to use and covers all stages of a dog's training (and the human's training) in a variety of situations with a variety of dogs.

It's refreshing to see the Craiglea dogs in the videos who work differently to each other and - heaven forbid - don't always get it right first time! It's the perfect way to demonstrate problem-solving in action that you can keep in your back pocket for when you're out in the paddock with your own dogs.

Apart from being relatable, the fact that you can access the videos as many times as you want, means that you can always go back if there's anything you don't feel confident with. I like to re-watch the videos with each new pup as a reminder of the things I should be watching for and to make sure I'm not developing any bad habits myself.

There's no substitute for experience and you can see that Jamie has loaded all of his into this resource. I've had the pleasure of meeting Jamie and Mani at one of their schools and I can see that they put 100% into everything they do. It's certainly evident in the thought they've put into developing Working Dog Training Online. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for the program and will be continuing to tell everyone that they need to go take a look at it.

I have a couple of 4 month old pups and recently acquired a 1 year old dog all Kelpies. I invested in the training dog online. I’ve found it very helpful. I had a query about the older dog and got a helpful response in 24 hours. Couldn’t be happier with what I’ve seen so far. The dogs and I are certainly a lot better off with the training than we would have been without. Recommended.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the content within Working Dog Training Online.
It has allowed me to work at a pace that suits both my dogs and myself while returning to the relevant videos when needed.
The inclusion of early training for pups is often glossed over at training clinics but is proving to be some of the most valuable information as far as we are concerned.
The in-depth explanation of training techniques and insight into the dogs psychology have helped immensely and I would not hesitate to recommend Working Dog Training Online.
