We stayed here to attend a 50th birthday nearby. The rooms are beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Andy was an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful, even dropping us off to the venue for the party. The main area oozes with character and history. I highly recommend this guess house.

Super clean large room with private bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, warm and a quiet spotless room. Great location right in the centre of Barba Township. Fantastic customer service with easy simple and welcoming check-in. The warm fire in the common area is amazing. We will be back for sure.

I had to accompany my elderly Mother to a funeral in Warialda (from Sydney) so we stopped in Barraba and stayed at Andy’s - the room was super comfortable, warm as were the beds and the shower/bathroom clean as a whistle like the room and hood for oldies too … Andy’s the kindest host going and cooked the best breakfast for us to set us in our ways with his home grown eggs … we also were able to watch the Olympics on his huge TV in the lounge on again very comfy couches … if ever we need to go back up north, Andy’s will be top of the list.

We walked in Andy's Guesthouse after a long drive to find a warm, inviting and welcoming huge lounge room. Andy had been expecting us late so the offer to partake in a slow cooked roast lamb dinner was too good to say no to!! It was delicious!||Our room was just beautiful! Quality in the furnishings and toiletries are exceptional! The cleanliness of the rooms are amazing...nothing but comfort and pleasure awaits the weary traveler.||The Guest house is quiet for a lovely sleep and breakfast is a very low keyed, help yourself affair. Andy is a warm, friendly, chilled out, hospitable and generous host...a real treasure for any traveler!

Andy's Guesthouse offers unique and very attractive boutique accommodation. It is located in the middle of a very quiet town, so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are a good size, the fittings and furnishings are of high quality. We paid $110 a night for two adults and a baby and the bed was superb, with top-notch linen. The garden is great, there are chickens and plenty of veggies. Breakfast is available at no extra charge and Andy let me stay way past check-out. This guesthouse is a labour of love.

Perfect. Great location. 1930s charm. ||Fabulous furniture, beautiful gardens, parking, and close to pubs, food , coffee etc. Dining, lounge & enormous kitchen set around a magnificent centrepiece fireplace, in a cavernous room which once was a thriving cafe. High ceilings & lovely natural light. Ambiance +++||Andy & Miro are the most wonderful hosts.

Stayed for one night whilst on a visit. When we pulled up Andy was waiting for us as his sign had been stolen, again. The common lounge is warm and friendly and a pleasure to sit in. The room was spacious, simple and basic but very comfortable.||There is no television in the room but that was not a problem as we did not come to watch TV. Breakfast is a great very low key, help yourself affair which we found suited us nicely. Andy is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to make you both welcome and comfortable. If you want an experience to remember then this is it.
