Will not be using this company again. The limo bus was booked for one hour for staff Christmas party. As soon as the bus turned on there was a loud piercing alarm noise going off which made the bus driver and all our staff uncomfortable as he did not know what the alarm was going off for and did not stop to check. Our staff could not listen to any music and instead everyone was disturbed for whole time due to the car issue which was not our fault. Instead of the one-hour service we paid $660 for the driver dropped us at our restaurant location after 15 minutes driving only. The restaurant was not even open yet so we had to wait in the rain until it opened and luckily, they moved our booking forward. When we contacted the Limo company for refund, I was told that the job had been completed and would get $110 returned. I feel we only received 25% of this service therefore 75% should be refunded for the short service that was provided while an alarm was going off and made the whole experience horrible instead of a fun treat for our staff party. We will NOT use this company every again. They are scam!!!

Can't recommend these guys enough - Gavin and his team came to my aid this week when i was in a spot of trouble with my car . It was pretty distressing, but they were onto it so quickly-

Brought our bus in for a pink slip, oil change and to have indicators and head lights re wired. Almost $3000 later I left disappointed with only an oil change and service.

No indicators or lights which was the only thing I actually needed done.

Was charged for 6 hours of labour so they could muck around with my alternator trying to get a correct reading on it and another $600 for a rusty rear bumper which was okay considering they are hard to find but I cannot open the rear door anymore.

Admittedly the bus was not in the best condition and needs alot of rust repaired on it.

Just disappointing that the bloke running the show could see I was in a difficult situation and left me out of pocket with only a really expensive oil change, a rusty bumper and a jammed door to show for it.

The only place I trust for my car to be serviced and or repaired. I had a mechanical issue and they took my car at the last minute and went above and beyond in the emergency situation I was facing.
Gavin and the team are fantastic and their prices are honest and fair.
Highly recommend Beach wheels they are amazing.
