Jacinda is absolutely incredible. From day one, I knew I made the right decision in choosing her as our month-of planner for our intimate wedding in Crested Butte. As a bride with a lot on my plate leading up to the big day, her calm, detail-oriented, and organized nature made the entire experience exciting rather than stressful. She is such a kind-hearted person, and on the wedding day, it truly felt like she was part of the family. I can't recommend Kefi Events enough! Thank you, Jacinda, for making our wedding so special.

It’s hard to put into words how perfect our wedding was. Since my husband and I fell in love we dreamed of a wedding in the backyard of my parent’s home on the river. We had a vision of what we wanted, and Jacinda was not only able to make this vision a reality but somehow made the day exceed what we had ever imagined.

I was given a glowing recommendation from a family friend who had used Kefi Events a couple years prior. We started with a phone call and i gave her an idea of what we were looking for. I am not the most descriptive person and had no idea what to ask for but her list of questions made it really easy to figure out which vendors were best for my vision and what was possible. Turns out everything was possible through Jacinda’s connections and knowledge.

If I ever felt stressed she was always available to help me and calm my nerves. About two months before the wedding everything was set and ready to go. Leading up to the wedding I felt no stress about planning. When the day of the wedding came I was able to just relax and spend time with loved ones and focus on getting ready.

The ceremony and reception were breathtakingly gorgeous. The kefi team decorated beautifully. Everything went off without a hitch. Jacinda and her team had it all under control and made sure we and all the guests were comfortable and accommodated. My husband and I were able to focus on our guests and enjoying the festivities. Many guests have said they wish that they could relive that night and that it was the best wedding they’ve been to. This is all thanks to Jacinda and Kefi Events. I could not recommend them enough.

Forgot to mention: Jacinda was pregnant for the entire planning process and gave birth one month before the wedding and didn't miss a beat. She’s Wonder Woman.

If you want a wedding planner that will take care of all the little details for you and make sure you have a carefree, wonderful day celebrating your wedding day, then Jacinda is your planner!! She made sure everything is done and done right! Jacinda made our day absolutely wonderful. I don't know where to begin with Jacinda and her team (Mallory. and Emily). They might be kindest people we have ever met! Our day was so smooth and working with them could not have been easier. They made us feel at ease, and went with every idea we had! We wanted to feel relaxed and have a true Crested Butte wedding and they could not have delivered more. I cannot recommend working with them enough, especially with a Crested Butte wedding--they know their stuff!

We hired jacinda to help plan our wedding in Crested Butte and she was AMAZING!!! She works so hard, keeps everything organized, knows how to run the show, had great recommendations and lots of local knowledge! Honestly, I have no idea what we would’ve done without her. Our wedding ceremony was all outside and there was a long hail storm that started right before the ceremony. She quickly took control of the situation, communicated with the guests, and quickly relocated us to have the most beautiful ceremony in the tent.
