Nice middle eastern food. The rice was great. The falafel a bit dry and hard.

Amazing food, great service and very very nice atmosphere. In a group of 6 we tried about 20 different plates and none of them disappointed. The meat was delicious and fresh, the mezze tasted beautifully and the staff welcomed us warmly. All of this, accompanied by 6 beers and coffees for 50$ AUS each, Highly recommended!!

We had an event booked at Al Aseel Bankstown, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The service was impeccable, and the team was great. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. A huge thank you to the restaurant manager Suman, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I believe the management changed , so the meals are not so great ( the taste 2 out of 10) and the prices increased at least 20%, also we can order what we need and we don’t need the waiter to ask us if we need this or that , that is absolutely pathetic. Finally if I find the service and the food is good I will pay tip , however when I was paying for my meal the guy asked me if I need to give a tip 5% or 10% ….what? Customer service bad so that was my last time eating at this restaurant.

I recently had a disappointing experience here that I feel compelled to share. I am not a person who provides reviews but feel the need to place my input for future references. Initially, I had made a reservation for 15 people and confirmed with the restaurant prior over the phone that 14 would be for the banquet as 1 person was not eating due to dietary requirements that the restaurant could not meet. However, when I arrived, the front person told me that I would need to pay for 15 people, even though I had clearly communicated that one guest would not be eating due to dietary restrictions. This miscommunication was frustrating, but I was assured everything was settled after an extensive explanation of the situation when I arrived.

To my surprise, midway through the banquet, the same front person approached me and I was told once again that I had 15 people, even though I had already clarified the situation earlier. This constant back-and-forth was not only confusing but also made me feel that my booking was not taken seriously.

Additionally, due to the large booking, we were not allowed to order off the menu and were given only an option of a banquet package of $65.90 per person, which, for the price, was disappointing. The portions were far from satisfying, and the overall quality did not justify the high cost. My guests, who have dined at this restaurant before, even mentioned that they would have been better off at smaller tables ordering à la carte, where the experience would have been much more enjoyable and affordable.

Given the issues with communication, the forced banquet menu, and the underwhelming food quantity for the price, I cannot recommend this restaurant for large bookings. The experience was not what I had hoped for, and it certainly did not meet expectations.

One of the nicer fitted out restaurants in Bankstown Sports. Food was good and came out quite quick. Service was a bit hard to flag down but generally have no complaints!
