Enrolment was easy and the aXcelerate interface is very easy to use. Quizzes were straight forward and the learning materials were organised very well and were easy to access.

Virtual class room was a bit different, very unorganized and very unprofessional, they run a company that relies entirely in IT yet they seemed to have no IT support. The lecturer did not have access to up to date hardware and so had to present the PP slides using a PDF scrolling through!!! Was like this was the first time they had run this type of class.

Material could have been covered in half the time, spent most of the day filling in, I assume the 7 hours is set by someone but this could be done easily in 4 hours. I did pickup some good concepts and it was educational, just think the whole process seems like ticking a box rather than a real effort at learning.

Seem like a good and honest RTO and as such would recommend them, just think they need to invest in some IT support that can help them with the technical issues.
