Great park on the River and close to town Good site size with some drive through which we utilised as we were only staying overnight. The park facilities were very good and the amenities although not new , were spotless. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.||.

I recently booked a couple of sites at this park for a family get together. The process was smooth & efficient through calls & emails. Unfortunately I had to cancel the bookings. This process was also handled in the same manner, with a follow up call from the park to let me know they would process the refund to the same card, even returning the service charge which was quite unexpected & kind.

Is a good spot if you enjoy walking as I do. When I was there no soap in dispensers in toilets, hand dryers did not work. The amenities have detireated and have not been refurbished I believe due to most people with the newer caravan's have ensuites so probably don't use the parks amenities. Barham is a lovely town but I won't stay at park again.

Have stayed a few times..next door to club Barham.rooms were very clean and comfortable grounds were well kept..the wife left her sandals there a quick phone call and they were on our way to us..much appreciated..we will be back

Beware - my family member passed suddenly 6 days before my booked stay at this park. As I wasn’t given 14 days notice of the death I couldn’t give the park 14 days notice so they kept my deposit! How do they sleep at night!!

Recently enjoyed a 3 night stay with friends on a powered site. Beautiful setting, lush green lawns and spotless facilities. We had a lovely view of the river and quick access for a dip in the river. Easy walk to town centre and services club. Great communication and assistance from staff when required, thanks for a very relaxing stay.

A peaceful place, very conveniently located a block or two from the main business area. Sites for tents are located near the river with some nice grass and amenities close by. A great camp kitchen with ample seating/lounging areas, a microwave, a full-sized refrigerator, and small appliances. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!

Beware .. owner took money from my account without consent after we left the property ||My son has Type 1 Diabetes and was rushed to hospital via ambulance on our last night , we stayed an extra night that was paid for given his hospitalisation ||Two hours after leaving the following day , we noticed an extra nights accommodation taken from our account - without any discussion or consent provided||Once making contact l was advised it was for “property damage”as my son had vomited in the room but this was cleaned thoroughly by us and witnessed by the parks cleaner without issue ||||When I advised this was actually theft and requested she return this payment due to no discussion being had and no consent being provided and the outrageous cost to “dry clean” the spot l was advised that we were never allowed to return. She showed no empathy, was extremely rude and black listed us from the park as l refused to allow her to keep money from my account l had not consented to. Shame on you lady
