One of the best all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hot pot restaurants in Sydney.

The store is consistently busy, yet the customer service remains excellent. Staff are attentive, ensuring that food is promptly served and replenished without delay. The menu offers a diverse selection of soup bases, including Tom Yum, Matcha, Laksa, and more, all of which were incredibly flavorful and enjoyable.

The restaurant maintains a clean and well-organized environment. The sauce station is particularly impressive, featuring a wide range of condiments and even offering recommended sauce recipes, which adds a thoughtful and convenient touch for diners.

With its combination of great service, delicious offerings, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hot pot experience is truly a standout in Sydney.

Was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. The seafood and meats were not cold, and when asked why they said that there's a leak so they are not putting the meat on ice. So basically they had raw meat and seafood sitting in room temperature all day. There was also flies buzzing around near the raw food with nothing to deter them. Customer service was also below par. When we asked them to bring us fresh prawns as we didn't want to get food poisoning they looked at us confused due to their lack of English. Do yourself a favour and don't risk it.

All you can eat hotpot. Had made bookings to avoid waiting time. Overall is pretty good. First select the soup base. Many varieties to choose on food and sauces. However, while the table was cleaned but the chairs were not clean, some food are left on different chairs. Also there might be a line to get the food once it's busy.

For a budget-friendly and fun dining experience, Hotpot City is a fantastic choice. The all-you-can-eat buffet offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients to customize your own flavorful broth. The soup bases are delicious, and the dipping sauces add a burst of flavor to every bite. While the atmosphere is a bit noisy, the lively ambiance adds to the overall experience.

A few tips:

Arrive early to avoid long queues, especially on weekends.
Pace yourself to fully enjoy the variety of ingredients.
Don't forget to try the different soup bases and dipping sauces.
Overall, Hotpot City is a great place to enjoy a satisfying and affordable meal with friends and family.

Came in for dinner with friends. In all fairness the hotpot buffet wasn’t too bad. There was a decent variety of meat and vegetables to choose from. There was also a small selection of seafood such as prawns, octopus, mussels, clams and seafood balls. There was also a decent selection of soup/broth bases to select from such as spicy, tom yum, ox tail, chicken etc (all broths were quite flavourful). Customer service was great and quite attentive especially with stock refills. Although it was timed seating (1.5hrs) at no stage did we feel rushed and at no point did any staff bother us which made our dining experience so much more enjoyable. Parking was abundant underneath the venue and outside on the streets.

Yummy food. Paid $39 ($12 extra for drinks) on a Sunday lunch. Menu could be larger, atleast desserts could be included but it wasn’t. No hot food only cold varieties.
