My mum recently became a resident at Bupa Bankstown after sustaining a fall. We looked at quite a few aged care and couldn't be happier with the one we chose. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are bright and clean. They really listen to the residents and their family to tailor an individual care plan. In the last week, a singer visited the communal lounge where residents could listen and sing along. As well as their little monthly outing trip for a spot of morning tea. Well done to the care team and all the staff for doing such a great job!

Bupa Bankstown is an amazing place. The staff are incredibly attentive to the resident’s and they are all taken care of and happy.
I have also noticed that the food is amazing, compared to other aged care facilities. Lots of choice so the residents don’t get bored with it.
The facility itself is lovely. Very well kept lovely gardens and lots of places to sit both inside and out.
The staff are A1 couldn’t ask for better.
All I can say is I hope if I need an aged care facility this is where I end up.

Im very happy with all the management team, nurses and staff of Bupa Bankstown (especially Veronica from Lifestyle Team). Very satisfied and feel peaceful with the care my mum gets here. I totally recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for one.

The team at Bupa Bankstown are always lovely and caring. They go above and beyond when looking after the residents. My father is currently there and is being very well looked after. I live here in Bupa Bankstown since last September and it has been absolutely great living here, making new friends, engaging in daily activities and receiving top notch care from all the staff.
The food here is always nice and hot, activities are fun especially bus outings, cooking and happy hours.
All staff here are kind and lovely.

My elderly uncle was well looked after here in the Roslyn Hall area for the last 2.5 years of his life. Everyone involved in his care was so caring and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. You know what activities are on when, and what is on the menu, and exactly how your relative is doing. I made an excellent choice to move him here, when his previous nursing home closed down. They are even so kind to send me flowers after my uncle passed away recently. Thank you so much to Resta, Sirjana, Joy, Gina, Ilona, Veronika, Ang, Keshab, Mina, Frecilyn, and Lohita to name. Thank you is never enough.

Our uncle adores the staff. He is healthier and happier then he had been for years prior to moving to Bupa bankstown. The facilities are well kept, the activities are so great and he loves the bus trips.
Always greated with a smile when we visit. Gina always goes above and beyond when she is at the front and you can feel the genuine care and connection she has with the residents.
