I had the pleasure of checking in at Rydges Bankstown around 1 am today, and I was blown away by the exceptional service.

The hotel manager on duty was incredibly kind, approachable, and welcoming. The security personnel also showed remarkable kindness, making us feel safe and valued.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely at home. The staff's warmth and hospitality made our late-night check-in a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service! I highly recommend Rydges Bankstown to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The room are neat but the building is old so the bathroom isnt very new but do the job and in general the place is clean for a quick stay plus they offer a halal buffet for breakfast

Review of Rydges Hotel Bankstown, Sydney

I recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel in Bankstown, Sydney, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the condition of the room was disappointing.

The room itself was not clean, with dust present in many areas, giving it a neglected and outdated feel. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as it had a broken toilet pipe that caused inconvenience. Overall, the room felt more in line with a budget hotel rather than a 4-star accommodation.

The staff were the highlight of the stay, making an effort to be accommodating and helpful. However, the state of the rooms made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. This hotel could benefit from some thorough cleaning and maintenance to match the service level provided by the staff.

Would not consider it a 4-star stay based on the room quality.

I'd just like to thank Front office manager Anurag Sheoran. His service was outstanding, he sorted our problems, upgraded our room and nothing was an issue for him. In today's world it is refreshing to find someone so helpful in the hospitality/accomodation industry. I'd thoroughly recommend Bankstown Rydges to anyone for price as well as service.

Great Hotel, pool great after walk from airport. Shopping centre nearby for all food and other stuff you need. Great big windows to look out over park and watch the weather roll in...

Most pathetic service ever
Was a 3day work trip
After work at 9 pm you expect team to be available if there is an issue
No ax in my room, no TV
Receptionist couldn’t get service assistance, on her own so was helpless. How pathetic!!!!

No communication from the staff on loud speaker or personally. People running everywhere, trying to get outside , no communication ang 2 fire trucks roll up.Cannot believe it 😱😱😱
Room card will not work once you leave. Had to get it fixed each time I left the room
AC not working at all 😡Moved 2 rooms and both had Ac problem.

Nothing can be as bad as this, I stay in alot of places from my work, even in remote areas, never been so dissatisfied in any hotels or motels
