Walked in with my sister and her partner. The girl black haired Asian girl asked for my ID because I look younger than I am and used to it. She then comments about my age even though she asked for ID and couldn't figure out when a patron is 18 years old and we had to tell her. Unnecessary comments when I obliged without commenting or degrading her.

The worst customer service from the manager ,I paid $53 for cigarettes pressed the button and no cigarettes ! Was told to do a bank dispute as they don't have the key ,than told it happens all the time ,I said perhaps a sign saying out of order ,was told to complain to bank not him ,I sat down to play ,put $100 in and had $900 hundred stolen out of my bag while playing ! Seeding people there and run by some lowlife who does not give a rats axxx

Pretty much just one large area and it seemed a little rougher than other places to drink beer in Bankstown. Might be to some people's liking, and it certainly seemed to be for the very loud guys playing pool. The staff were efficient and friendly. I'll definitely give the Red Lantern Hotel a second go.

TERRIBLE UNSAFE PLACE
I WAS IN THE PUB PLAYING POKIES WHEN I LEFT TO THE TOILET AND PUT MY MACHINE ON GAMBLE. WHEN I CAME BACK MY MACHINE WAS OF GAMBLE AND MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT. I CONFRONTED THE ASIAN MALE MANAGER WHO CHECKED THE CAMERAS AND CONFIRMED IT WAS TAKEN BY A MAN WHO HAD LEFT SO WHY DID YOU CHECK THE CAMERAS AND WASTE MY TIME IF YOUR NOT HOING TO REINBURST MY MONEY THERE IS ALSO A SECIRITY GUARD FOR WHAT REASON? THATS TERRIBLE SERVICE IM A REGUALR y THERE AND THAT MEANS ANYONE CAN TAKE UOUR MO EY AND GET AWAY WITH IT!?! IM SHOCKED HOW LITTLE CARE GHERE WAS FOR MY MONEY
