Everything was awesome. Very friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, and the location is as best as it gets. We stay at the Mercure every time we visit Sydney from Melbourne. We love it here. Thank you for your great service.

First visit and it was good overall.
Freshly painted and air con worked well.
The bathroom could use a mini renovation.
The beds and sheets were pretty good, including pillows.
The basic coffee tea, water jug, iron all of that was pretty good. The ironing board cover could use a change.

Had to get emergency accomodation twice, stayed here both times. Staff are super nice, rooms are clean and the beds are mad. At first I was kinda annoyed about the fact that the hotel is located in the club, but it's actually kinda fine. The rooms are way above the club, so you can't hear anything, the experience in the lift is pretty cool and having access to decent food downstairs is good. Solid hotel

I booked very last minute due to a delayed flight and it really was the best of a bad situation! The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful, the facility was clean and felt very high end and the room was extremely comfortable with an amazing view. Glad I signed up for a membership because I will definitely be returning! Can't thank them enough

Excellent hospitality, from start to finish. Thanks, in particular, to Sacha and Youi for the warm and caring welcome. Likewise to Nam and Kevin for the service at checkout.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, being on Floor 10. I do understand how guests may feel needing to log into the Sports Club for access to the hotel lift. For me, as a member of the Sports Club, was not out-of-the-way.

Congratulations to the hotel staff for such a warm stay.

Great location and surprised by the other restaurants located ground floor of the hotel, nice little fish pond as well, made it a unique Mercure experience. Stayed on the 10th floor (highest floor available) the elevators views were amazing! The room also was equipped with most essential items required which made the stay that much more pleasant!

Loud fan in bathroom that does not turn off, the aircon control panel is a pain to use and lights the whole room up at night.

The water pressure in the shower is terrible. The flow rate is similar to turning a tap on slowly to full pressure, then turning it off and then back on again..... constantly.

The shower water smelled for about 30 seconds after turning it on too.

Bed was comfortable though,

And the food from numerous vendors is really good.
Especially the brewery food.

I was traveling to Australia and the Journey was for around 22 hrs. While booking the hotel I specifically requested to allow check-in at 12:00 PM. There is no communication from their side and when i arrived at hotel at 11:45 they denied and asked for wait until 2:00 PM. There is no co-operation from staff.

If they are asking for specific requests then they should proactively communicate so that traveller can plan accordingly.
